ԱՆ-ն առժամանակ դադարեցրել է ընտանեկան բռնության մասին օրենքի նախագծի քննարկումները։ Այս քայլը կրկնակի դրական է դիտարկվում, քանի որ բացի նրանից, որ այս օրենքը բացասական ազդեցություն կունենար հայկական ավանդական ընտանիքի մոդելի վրա, իսկ հիմա գոնե անորոշ ժամանակով այս օրենքը դուրս է շպրտվում օրակարգից, նաև կառավարության կողմից հանրային քննարկումներին ականջալուր լինելու և հասարակական կարծիքը հաշվի առնելու դրական միտումների մասին է վկայում։
Նախորդ աղմկահարույց օրինագիծը՝ 1000 դրամների հետ կապված, արժանացավ խիստ քննադատությունների, սակայն հիմա քննարկվում է դրա միջից պարտադիր բաղադրիչը հանելու հարցը, ինչը պետություն-հասարակություն կապի և երկխոսության նոր ձևավորվող արդյունավետ միջավայրի մասին է խոսում։ Հիմա էլ այս մի օրինագիծը, որը կարող էր անդառնալի հետևանքներ ունենալ հայ հասարակության համար, հանրային պահանջով դուրս է մղվում քննարկումների օրակարգից։
Պետք է խոստովանել, որ սա նոր կառավարության դրական գործելաոճն է, որն արդեն ունի բավականին շոշափելի արդյունքներ։
