Ոստիկանի նկատմամբ բռնություն կիրառելու վերաբերյալ քրգործն ընդունվել է վարույթ

ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունը տեղեկացնում է, որ 2016թ. նոյեմբերի 4-ին` ժամը 16:50-ի սահմաններում, Ստեփանավան քաղաքի բնակիչ Գագիկ Գ.-ն, գտնվելով ալկոհոլի ազդեցության տակ, մոտեցել է ոստիկանության Ստեփանավանի բաժնի բակում ծառայություն իրականացնող Ռոբերտ Ա.-ին և նրա ծառայողական պարտականությունները կատարելու կապակցությամբ վիճաբանել վերջինիս և նրա ծառայակցի հետ: Իր գործողություններով Գագիկ Գ.-ն փորձել է դադարեցնել իշխանության ներկայացուցիչների ծառայողական գործունեությունը, որի ընթացքում չլսելով ծառայությանը չխոչընդոտելու և հեռանալու նրանց օրինական պահանջը, բռնություն է կիրառել ՀՀ ոստիկանության հիշյալ ստորաբաժանման ծառայող Հայկ Մ.-ի նկատմամբ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՔԾ լրատվական ծառայությունից:
Դեպքի առթիվ Ստեփանավանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննության ընթացքում իշխանության ներկայացուցչի նկատմամբ բռնություն կիրառելու մեջ մեղադրվող Գագիկ Գ.-ն, իր հերթին, հայտնել է, որ 2016թ. նոյեմբերի 4-ին` ժամը 16:50-ի սահմաններում, ոստիկանության Ստեփանավանի բաժնի ծառայողները վիճաբանել են իր հետ, որի ժամանակ անհամաչափ ուժ են կիրառել իր նկատմամբ՝ պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածքներ:
Գործի փաստական հանգամանքներով պայմանավորված՝ բազմակողմանի, լրիվ և օբյեկտիվ քննությունը երաշխավորելու անհրաժեշտությունից ելնելով ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազը քրեական գործը հանձնել է ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության քննիչի վարույթին:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
