ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարը ձկնաբույծների հետ քննարկել է ոլորտի խնդիրները

ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Իգնատի Առաքելյանը նոյեմբերի 29-ին ընդունել է «Հայ ձկնարտադրողների և ձկնարտահանողների միություն» հասարակական կազմակերպության նախագահ Արթուր Աթոյանին և միության մի շարք անդամների:  Հանդիպմանը ներկա էր նաև նախարարի տեղակալ Ռոբերտ Մակարյանը:

«Մենք պարբերաբար կազմակերպում ենք հանդիպումներ ոլորտի տարբեր ճյուղերի ներկայացուցիչների հետ, որպեսզի վեր հանենք բոլոր խնդիրները և քննարկենք, թե ինչ իրատեսական քայլեր կարելի է ձեռնարկել դրանց լուծման համար և ինչպիսի օրենսդրական փոփոխություններ են հարկավոր ոլորտի բարելավման համար», - նշել է նախարար Իգնատի Առաքելյանը:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, տեղեկացնելով, որ օրերս կայացել է հանդիպում «Հայ ձկնաբույծների միավորում» հասարակական կազմակերպության անդամների հետ` նախարարը հույս է հայտնել, որ ոլորտում գործող տարբեր կազմակերպությունների հետ հանդիպումները թույլ կտան բազմակողմանի ուսումնասիրել կուտակված խնդիրները` դրանց լուծումներ տալու ակնկալիքով:

Այնուհետև հանդիպման մասնակիցները ներկայացրել են ձկնաբուծության ոլորտի զարգացմանը խոչընդոտող խնդիրները, որոնք, մասնավորապես, վերաբերում էին ձկան կերի գնին, ջրի վարձավճարներին, ձկնաբուծարաններում օգտագործվող ջրի կիսափակ համակարգի կիրառման արդյունքում հավելյալ էլեկտրաէներգիայի օգտագործմանը:

Ձկնաբուծության ոլորտի ներկա խնդիրներն առավել հանգամանորեն ուսումնասիրելու նպատակով հանդիպման մասնակիցներն առաջարկել են ստեղծել աշխատանքային խումբ, որում կընդգրկվեն ներկայացուցիչներ բոլոր շահագրգիռ գերատեսչություններից և կազմակերպություններից: Բացի այդ, առաջարկվել է ստեղծել մեկ միասնական շուկա, որում տեղական արտադրողները հնարավորություն կունենան մեծածախ գներով իրացնել իրենց արտադրանքը:

Առաջարկ է հնչել նաև Կասյան փողոցին հարող հրապարակում գտնվող գյուղատնտեսական տոնավաճառում նախաամանորյա շրջանում «ձկնամթերքի օրեր»  կազմակերպել՝ արտադրանքի վաճառքը խթանելու նպատակով:

Անդրադարձ է կատարվել նաև տեղական ձկնաբուծական արտադրանքի մրցունակության բարձրացմանը, արտահանման ապահովագրությանը, արտասահմանյան շուկայում գործարար կապերի ընդլայնմանն ու միջազգային ցուցահանդեսներում հայ ձկնարտադրողների ավելի ակտիվ մասնակցությանը, ինչպես նաև տեղական արտադրանքի արտահանմանն առնչվող հարցերին:

Այս համատեքստում հանդիպման մասնակիցներին տեղեկացվել է, որ ձկնամթերքի արտահանումն ավելի արդյունավետ կազմակերպելու և այդ նպատակով արտահանման սերտիֆիկատներ ստանալու համար արտադրողները կարող են դիմել «Տոնուս-Լես» ընկերությանը, որի կողմից տրված փորձագիտական եզրակացությունը ընդունվում է եվրոպական երկրներում:

Այս խնդիրն ավելի մանրամասն քննարկելու համար առաջարկվել է կազմակերպել հանդիպում «Տոնուս-Լես» ընկերության ղեկավարության և ձկնարտադրող կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչների հետ:
