ԵՄ հանձնակատարը «Թումոն» ներկայացրել է որպես գերազանցության կենտրոն

Երևանում նոյեմբերի 18-ին տեղի ունեցած Հետազոտության, գիտության և նորարարության հարցերին նվիրված Արևելյան գործընկերության 8-րդ ոչ պաշտոնական նախարարական երկխոսության հանդիպմանը մասնակցելու նպատակով Հայաստան էր ժամանել նաև ԵՄ Հետազոտության, գիտության և նորարարության հարցերով հանձնակատար Կարլոս Մոեդասը: Օրերս Բրյուսելում կայացած «Գերազանցություն տարածելով և անցնելով նորարարության սահմանները» գիտաժողովի ընթացքում ԵՄ հանձնակատարն անդրադարձել է Հայաստան կատարած այցին` կիսվելով իր տպավորություներով:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի և տեղեկատվության վարչությունից, Կարլոս Մոեդասը իր ելույթում, մասնավորապես, նշել է. «Երկու շաբաթ առաջ առաջին անգամ այցելեցի Հայաստան և մասնակցեցի Արևելյան գործընկերության երկրների գիտության նախարարների հանդիպմանը: Այն տարածաշրջանում գիտության զարգացմանն ուղղված իր տեսակի մեջ առաջին նմանատիպ նախաձեռնությունն էր:  Հայաստանում ես ականատես եղա մի երևույթի, որն արժանի է հիշատակման: Երևանում այցելեցի ստեղծարար տեխնոլոգիաների «Թումո» կենտրոն: Այն դպրոցահասակ երեխաների համար նախատեսված կենտրոն է, որը հնարավորություն է ընձեռում փորձարկումներ կատարել թվային տեխնոլոգիաներով և իրենց ստեղծարարությամբ: Ոչ մի երեխա պարտադրված չէ հաճախել «Թումո», սակայն կենտրոն այցելելու համար հերթեր են գոյանում: Երեխաները պաշտոնական վկայական չեն ստանում, փոխարենը` ստեղծում են իրենց ծրագրերի և կարողությունների փաթեթը: Երեխաները ձևավորում են միավորումներ` զուգակցելով արվեստը, գիտությունը և իրենց նախասիրությունը: «Թումոյի» միջավայրն ու տեխնիկական հագեցվածությունն ավելի լավն էր, քան այն, որ ես տեսել եմ «Սիլիկոնյան հովտում»: Այս ամենն ավելի ամրապնդեց իմ այն համոզումը, որ գերազանցություն գոյություն ունի ցանկացած երկրում: Մեր գործը՝ իբրև քաղաքականություն մշակողներ, գերազանցությունը խրախուսելն է, այն հայտնաբերելը, սնուցելը, աջակցելը, և այն միջազգային գերազանցության կենտրոն դարձնելը»:
