Նոր կյանքի դպրոցի նախկին տնօրենին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել կաշառք ստանալու համար

ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի հատկապես կարևոր գործերի քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում ավարտվել է Արարատի մարզի դպրոցի նախկին տնօրենի կողմից չարաշահումներ կատարելու, կաշառք ստանալու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում բացահայտվել են Արարատի մարզի «Նոր Կյանքի միջնակարգ դպրոց »- ի նախկին տնօրեն Արամ Ստեփանյանի կողմից կատարված մի շարք չարաշահումներ, բավարար ապացույցներ ձեռք բերվել՝ դպրոցում ուսուցիչ նշանակելու համար կաշառք ստանալու, պաշտոնեական դիրքն օգտավործելով յուրացումներ կատարելու վերաբերյալ։ Պարզվել է նաև, որ Ա.Ստեփանյանը, ուսումնական հաստատության ղեկավարի պաշտոնի հավակնորդ դառնալու համար օգտագործել է իրավունք վերապահող կեղծ փաստաթղթեր. ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարություն է ներկայացրել աշխատանքային ստաժի վերաբերյալ կեղծ տեղեկանք և աշխատանքային գրքույկ։
Բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ քննության արդյունքում հստակեցվել է նաև չարաշահումների կատարման, կաշառք ստանալուն օժանդակելու, կաշառք տալու մեջ ներգրավված անձանց շրջանակը և ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա նրանց գործողություններին տրվել համապատասխան քրեաիրավական գնահատական։
Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ Նոր կյանք գյուղի դպրոցի նախկին տնօրեն Ա.Ստեփանյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 325-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի, 311-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետի, 179-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետի և 179-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին և 3-րդ կետերի հատկանիշներով:
Արարատի մարզպետարանի աշխատակցուհի Օ.Մուրադյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 38-311-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով, իսկ Տ.Ասատրյանին՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 313-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով։
Նրանց մասով քրեական գործն անջատվել է առանձին վարույթ և հայտարարվել նախաքննության ավարտի մասին։
Երեք մեղադրյալների մասով նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է։
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
