ԼՂՀ ԱԺ-ն հավանության է արժանացրել երեք հարկային օրենքներում փոփոխությունների փաթեթը

ԼՂՀ Ազգային ժողովը նոյեմբերի 30-ին գումարել է 4-րդ նստաշրջանի հերթական լիագումար նիստը:

Նիստի սկզբում ԱԺ նախագահ Աշոտ Ղուլյանը հրապարակել  է պատգամավոր Վիտալի Բալասանյանի դիմումը՝ այլ աշխատանքի անցնելու կապակցությամբ` պատգամավորական լիազորությունները դադարեցնելու մասին:

Ինչպես  տեղեկացրին ԼՂՀ Ազգային ժողովի մամուլի ծառայությունից, անցնելով օրակարգային  հարցերին՝ խորհրդարանը քննարկել և հավանության է արժանացրել «Հողի հարկի մասին»  ԼՂՀ օրենքում լրացումներ և փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին», «Գույքահարկի մասին» ԼՂՀ օրենքում լրացումներ և փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին» և  «Հարկերի մասին» ԼՂՀ օրենքում լրացում կատարելու մասին» Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության օրենքների փաթեթը:
Առաջին ընթերցմամբ ընդունվել է ԱԺ պատգամավորներ Վահրամ Բալայանի և Ալյոշա Գաբրիելյանի համահեղինակած «Գյուղատնտեսական կոոպերատիվների մասին» ԼՂՀ օրենքը:

Խորհրդարանականները երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ հավանության են արժանացրել նաև «Էկոլոգիական կրթության և դաստիարակության մասին», ինչպես նաև «Սնանկության մասին», «Դատական ակտերի հարկադիր կատարման մասին» ԼՂՀ օրենքում լրացումներ և փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին», «Պետական տուրքի մասին» ԼՂՀ օրենքում լրացում կատարելու մասին» և «Հարկերի մասին» ԼՂՀ օրենքում լրացում և փոփոխություն կատարելու մասին» ԼՂՀ օրենքները:

ԼՂՀ 2016թ. 9 ամսվա պետական բյուջեի  կատարման տեղեկատվությամբ հանդես է եկել ԼՂՀ ֆինանսների նախարար ՍպարտակԹևոսյանը:

Նրա ներկայացմամբ՝ 9 ամսվա ընթացքում  երկրի համախառն ներքին արդյունքը նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակաշրջանի համեմատ աճել է 7,4%-ով և կազմել 145,6 մլդ դրամ: Ընդհանուր առմամբ, այդ նույն ժամանակաշրջանում ծախսերը կազմել են 53մլդ 460մլն դրամ, որը նախորդ տարվանից ավելի է 342մլն-ով:

«9 ամսվա կտրվածքով առաջնահերթ ծախսերի մասով բոլոր պարտավորությունները կատարված են»,- նշել է ֆինանսների նախարարը:

Ընդմիջումից հետո, ԱԺ կանոնակարգի համաձայն, նիստը շարունակվել է գործադիր իշխանության ներկայացուցիչների մասնակցությամբ:

ԼՂՀ վարչապետ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը և նախարարները պատասխանել են պատգամավորների՝ Հայաստանի և Արցախի հանրապետությունների միջև պայմանագրի կնքմանը, ՏԻՄ ընտրություններին, ձմռան ամիսներին ծախսած էլեկտրաէներգիայի և գազի դիմաց վճարումներին, հեռուստատեսության թվայնացման պատճառով ալիքների անջատումներին, որոշ շրջաններում տրանսպորտի ուղեվարձի բարձրացմանը, որոշ գյուղերում հեղուկ գազի մատակարարմանը, և այլ ոլորտներին վերաբերող մի շարք հարցերի:

Այնուհետև լիագումար նիստում հրապարակվել է ԼՂՀ հանրային ծառայությունները և տնտեսական  մրցակցությունը կարգավորող պետական հանձնաժողովի 2017թ. տարեկան գործունեության ծրագիրը, որը ներկայացրեÕ ¬ է կառույցի նախագահ Հակոբ Ղահրամանյանը:
