Վիգեն Հակոբյան. «2017–18 թթ. Կարեն Կարապետյանի համար ռիսկային կլինի»

Քաղաքական տեխնոլոգ Վիգեն Հակոբյանի կարծիքով, թեև ՀՀԿ–ի 16–րդ համագումարը շատերի համար ձանձրալի էր, բայց նրա ընթացքում հնչեցին այն բոլոր հիմնական ուղերձները, որոնց սպասում էր քաղաքական դաշտը և որոնցից էլ բխելու է մնացած քաղաքական դերակատարների մարտավարությունը: Դրանցից երեքի մասին խոսեց քաղտեխնոլոգը «Նովոստի Արմենիա» մամուլի ակումբում տեղի ունեցած ասուլիսի ընթացքում:
«Դրանցից առանձնացնեմ երեքը: Նախևառաջ, Կարեն Կարապետյանի հետ կապված ուղերձը. եթե ՀՀԿ–ն հաջողության է հասնում, նա մնում է վարչապետ: Երկրորդ ուղերձն այն էր, որ Կարեն Կարապետյանին շնորհվեց հատուկ կարգավիճակ, ստեղծվեց առաջին տեղակալի պաշտոն, և ես կարծում եմ, որ կուսակցության գերագույն մարմնի առաջիկա նիստում Կարապետյանին կհաստատեն այդ պաշտոնում: Իսկ երրորդ ուղերձն այն էր, որ հեղափոխություն կուսակցության ներսում գոնե այս փուլում տեղի չունեցավ: Հիմնականում այն ֆինանսատնտեսական ազդեցության խմբերը, որոնք գոյություն ունեն հանրապետական կուսակցության վերնախավում իրենց մասնաբաժինը, կարծես թե, պահպանեցին, ավելացան նոր մարդիկ՝ Կարեն Կարապետյանն ու Վիգեն Սարգսյանը»,– նշեց նա:
Վիգեն Հակոբյանի խոսքով՝ Կարեն Կարապետյանի նշանակումը ներքին և արտաքին քաղաքական շահերի համադրում էր: «Բոլորս հասկանում ենք, որ «Գազպրոմի» բավական բարձր պաշտոնից մարդուն հենց այնպես չեն բերի այստեղ, դա չէր լինի առանց որևէ երաշխիքի և հեռանկարի»,– հավելեց նա:
Past.am-ի այն հարցին, թե որոնք են այդ ակնկալիքները՝ Հակոբյանը պատասխանեց, որ տնտեսական այսպիսի կատաստրոֆիկ պայմաններում վարչապետ նշանակելը ռուսերեն ասած՝ расстрельная должность է: «Ժամանակին Հովիկ Աբրահամյանն ավելի շատ ամբիցիաներ ուներ, նրան վարչապետ նշանակելով երևի թե ասացին՝ «եթե ստացվի կշարունակես»: Ես կարծում եմ, որ նման մի բան այս դեպքում էլ է ասվել, ուղղակի Հովիկ Աբրահամյանին նշանակեցին ընտրություններից երեք տարի առաջ և այդ երեք տարվա ընթացքում կարելի էր շատ հեշտ տապալվել, վեց ամսվա ընթացքում կարելի է չհասցնել տապալվել: 2017–18 թթ. Կարապետյանի համար ռիսկային է լինելու»,– հավելեց նա:
