Սպիտակ տուն․ Պատժամիջոցները կբարդացնեն Հյուսիսային Կորեայի միջուկային ծրագրի ֆինանսավորումը

Սպիտակ տունը վստահ չէ, որ Փհենյանի դեմ միջազգային նոր պատժամիջոցները վերջ կտան Հյուսիսային Կորեայի միջուկային փորձարկումների ծրագրին, բայց վստահ է, որ դրանք կդժվարացնեն այդ ծրագրերի ֆինանսավորումը։ Այս մասին ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ հայտնել է Սպիտակ տան ներկայացուցիչ Ջոշ Էրնեսթը, փոխանցում է «ՌԻԱ Նովոստին»։

Նրա խոսքով, պատժամիջոցային ցանկում հայտնված ընկերությունների, մասնավորապես ածխային ընկերությունների եկամուտի «հսկայական մասը» հատկացվում է միջուկային փորձարկումների ծրագրերին։ «Դա արժութային մուտքերի կարեւորագույն հոդվածներից է։ Այդ գումարները ստանալը ավելի բարդ կդառնա»,- ասել է Էրնեսթը։

Սակայն նա հավելել է, որ չի կարելի վստահաբար ասել, որ պատժամիջոցների այս փաթեթը վերջ կտա ծրագրին։ «Միշտ էլ տարածք կա նոր պատժամիջոցների համար։ Մենք ուզում ենք Հյուսիսային Կորեայի կառավարությանը ազդանշան ուղարկել՝ ծրագիրը շարունակելու անթույլատրելիության մասին»,- շեշտել է Էրնեսթը։

ՄԱԿ ԱԽ-ն նոյեմբերի 30-ին խստացրել է Հյուսիսային Կորեայի նկատմամբ պատժամիջոցային ռեժիմը։ Բանաձեւն ընդունվել է միաձայն։ Բանաձեւին կցված են առանձին անձանց ու կազմակերպությունների ցանկ, որոնց նկատմամբ կգործեն ուղեւորությունների արգելքներ ու ակտիվների սառեցում, նաեւ նյութերի, սարքավորումների ու տեխնոլոգիաների ցանկ, որոնք արգելված է մատակարարել երկիր։
