«Աշտարակ կաթ»-ում ներդրումներով հետաքրքրվող նոր ընկերություն է հայտնվել

Կաթնամթերք արտադրող «Աշտարակ կաթ» ընկերությունում ներդրումներ կատարելու հարցում հետաքրքրված է Adra Remara միջազգային կազմակերպությունը, որը գործում է ԱՄՆ-ում:
Այդ ընկերության հայաստանյան ներկայացուցչությունը պոտենցիալ ներդրողն է, սակայն դեռևս հստակ չէ՝ այն կդառնա՞, արդյոք, սեփականատեր, թե ոչ:
Հայաստանում այդ կազմակերպության առողջացման ծրագրի ղեկավարը Արտակ Ավագյանն է, իսկ կազմակերպության հայաստանյան ներկայացուցչության ղեկավարները՝ Արա և Արտակ Ասատրյանները:
ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարի տեղակալ Տիգրան Խաչատրյանն ասաց, որ նախարարությունը փորձում է գտնել բոլոր հնարավորությունները, որով կարող է երաշխավորվել «Աշտարակ կաթ» ընկերության ապրանքանիշով արտադրության շարունակականությունը։ «Մենք փորձում ենք այնպես անել, որպեսզի երաշխավորենք նշված կազմակերպության աշխատողների աշխատատեղերը։ Սա շատ կարևոր է այն բազմաթիվ գյուղացիների համար, ովքեր երկարատև գործունեություն են ունեցել ընկերության հետ և վաճառել են իրենց գյուղատն տեսական արտադրանքը։ Սա բարդ գործընթաց է և այստեղ մեկ օրում չի կարող որոշում կայացվել»։
Ներկայում կատարվում է անշարժ գույքի գույքագրում, որից հետո ամեն ինչ կհստակեցվի և կկնքվի պայմանագիր։ Արտակ Ավագյանի խոսքով՝ դա հեշտ գործընթաց չէ , և պետք է մանրակրկիտ աշխատանք տարվի. «Նախնական աշխատանքները, որ պետք է արվեին, մենք արդեն արել ենք, ապրանքն արտադրվել է և դուրս է եկել շուկա։ Մենք նոր ներդրումներ ենք արել։ Գյուղացիների պարտքերը մարվում են»:
Նախարարի տեղակալն ասաց, որ կազմակերպությունը մի շարք բանակցություններ է ունեցել նախկին ղեկավարության հետ. «Նրանք փորձում են համատեղ գտնել լուծումներ, որոնք այսօրվա առանձնահատուկ պայմաններով են թելադրված։ Ամենակարևորն այն է, որ արդեն երեք օր է ձեռնարկության արտադրանքը հասցվում է խանութներ»։
Արտակ Ավագյանն ասաց, որ նույն քանակությամբ ապրանք է մատակարարվել խանութներ, ինչ նախկինում։
