ԵՄ-ն Հայաստանի հետ օդային տրանսպորտի համապարփակ համաձայնագրի շուրջ բանակցություններ կսկսի

Եվրոպական խորհուրդը դեկտեմբերի 1-ին ընդունել է մանդատ, որը թույլատրելու է Եվրահանձնաժողովին Հայաստանի հետ բանակցություններ սկսել օդային տրանսպորտի համապարփակ համաձայնագրի շուրջ: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին տեղեկացնում է Եվրոպական խորհրդի պաշտոնական կայքը:

Համապարփակ ԵՄ մակարդակի ավիացիոն համաձայնագիրը նպատակ ունի մեծացնել Եվրոպայի միջազգային կապվածությունը, ապահովել բարձրորակ ծառայություն և ավելի շատ առաջարկ ուղևորների համար, ինչպես նաև առաջ մղել ԵՄ ավիացիոն ինդուստրիայի միջազգային մրցողունակությունը:

Հայաստանի հետ փաստաթուղթը կունենա Ընդհանուր ավիացիոն համաձայնագրի բնույթ, քանի որ Հայաստանը այն երկրներից է, որի հետ ԵՄ-ն հարևանության քաղաքականության շրջանակում մերձավոր կապեր է ստեղծում:

«Մեր օրերում դժվար է պատկերացնել ճանապարհորդություն առանց ավիացիայի: Ավիացիոն համաձայնագրերը կարևոր միջոցներ են` թույլ տալու Եվրոպային ամենուր միանալ շուկայի աճին և ԵՄ-ն ուղղակիորեն կապել այլ տարածաշրջանների հետ: Ես ջերմորեն ողջունում եմ Հանձնաժողովի կանաչ լույսը` ուղղված Հայաստանի հետ բանակցություններ սկսելուն: Համաձայնագիրը կնպաստի զբոսաշրջիկների ակտիվ փոխանակմանը, ցածր գներին և կապահովի նոր բիզնես հնարավորություններ մեր ընկերությունների համար: Դա Արևելյան գործընթացի համատեքստում ԵՄ և Հայաստանի միջև համագործակցությ ան փայլուն օրինակ կլինի»,- նշել է Սլովակիայի ԵԽ նախագահ, տրանսպորտի, շինարարության և տարածաշրջանային զարգացման նախարար Արփադ Էրսեկը:

Հանձնաժողովը կսկսի բանակցությունները ԵՄ և դրա անդամ պետությունների անունից:
