Ո՞վ չի սիրում բանան։ Այն համեղ է, առողջարար, հասանելի է ողջ տարին։

Բանանը նաև հիասքանչ առողջարար և դրական ազդեցություն ունի մաշկի և հատկապես կնճիռների վրա։

Բանանը կարող է ապահովել մեծ քանակությամբ հակաօքսիդանտներով, սնուցել մաշկը և պաշտպանել այն ավելի լավ, քան կոմերցիոն ապրանքները։ Այն օգտակար է մաշկի ցանկացած տեսակի համար։ Այն կարող է վերակենդանացնել չոր և թառամած մաշկը, այն օգտակար է ակնեով մաշկին, ինչպես նաև ծերացող մաշկին, որի օգնությամբ մաշկը հարթվում է և գեղեցկանում։

Զարմանալի չէ, որ կանայք բանանն անվանում են բնական, անցավ և մատչելի բոտոքս։ Այն հարուստ է վիտամին A-ով, որը նվազեցնում է մուգ կետերը և պզուկները, հարթեցնում է կոշտացած մաշկը։ Վիտամին B-ն դանդաղեցնում է մաշկի ծերացումը, նվազեցնում է չորությունը և խոնավություն հաղորդում դեմքին։ Վիտամին E-ն պաշտպանում է մաշկը ազատ ռադիկալներից և նվազեցնում կնճիռների առաջացումը։

  • 1 թեյի գդալ մածուն
  • 1 թեյի գդալ նարնջի կամ կիտրոնի հյութ։

Դիմակի մեջ օգտագործվող մածումը նվազեցնում է մաշկի լայնացած ծակոտիները, իսկ վիտամին C-ով հարուստ նարնջի կամ կիտրոնի հյութը թարմացնում է մաշկի բջիջները, որը ևս նպաստում է կնճիռների և բծերի նվազեցմանը։

Պատրաստման եղանակը

Բանանը լավ տրորել, ապա ավելացնել մյուս 2 բաղադրիչները։ Դիմակն արդեն պատրաստ է, որը պետք է քսել մաքուր մաշկին՝մի քանի րոպե մատներով մերսումներ կատարելով։ Ապա քսել ևս մեկ շերտ և պահել 15 րոպե։
