Օլանդը հայտարարել Է երկրորդ ժամկետով նախագահի թեկնածու առաջադրվելուց հրաժարվելու մասին

Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Ֆրանսուա Օլանդը, հանդես գալով հեռուստաուղերձով, հայտարարել Է, որ իր թեկնածությունը չի առաջադրելու պետության ղեկավարի 2017 թվականի ընտրություններում: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտնել Է Reuters-ը:
«Ես գիտակցում եմ այն բանի վտանգը, որ, գնալով այդ ուղիով, չեմ ապահովի բավարար աջակցություն, ուստի ես որոշեցի թեկնածու չդառնալ նախագահական ընտրություններում»,- ասել Է Օլանդը:
Ելույթի ընթացքում նախագահը թվարկել Է իր խոստումները, որոնք տվել Էր 2012 թվականին պետության ղեկավարի պաշտոնում ընտրվելուց առաջ, պատմել Է այն մասին, թե ինչ Է արել, որպեսզի կատարի դրանք: Նա խոստովանել Է, որ դրանցից մի քանիսի արդյունքները ի հայտ եկան ավելի ուշ, քան ակնկալվում Էր, եւ որ խոստումներն իրականացնելիս թույլ են տրվել սխալներ, գրում Է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին:
Սա վերջին տասնամյակների ընթացքում առաջին անգամ Է, որ Ֆրանսիայի գործող նախագահը հրաժարվում Է երկրորդ ժամկետով վերընտրվելու փորձից: Օլանդը ամենից քիչ ժողովրդականություն վայելող նախագահն Է ողջ պատմության ընթացքում:
Elabe ընկերության հարցման՝ նոյեմբերի 30-ին հրապարակված արդյունքները վկայում են, որ նախագահ Օլանդը եւ նրա վարչապետ Մանյուել Վալսը չեն կարող նախագահականը ընտրությունների երկրորդ փուլ անցնելու հույս ունենալ: Այսպես, եթե ընտրությունները կայանային այժմ, առաջին փուլում հաղթանակ կտաներ «Հանրապետականներից» նախագահի թեկնածու Ֆրանսուա Ֆիյոնը (30 տոկոս), իսկ երկրորդ տեղում եզրագծին կհասներ ծայրահեղ աջ «Ազգային ճակատի» առաջնորդ Մարին Լը Պենը (24 տոկոս):
Երրորդ տեղի հույս կարող Էր ունենալ Օլանդի կառավարությունից հեռացած եւ իր շարժումը հիմնած Էմանյուել Մակրոնը (16 տոկոս), իսկ չորրորդի՝ ձախ ուղղության քաղաքական գործիչ Ժան Լյուկ Մելանշոնը (16 տոկոս):
Օլանդը եզրագծին կհասներ սոսկ հինգերորդ տեղում՝ 7 տոկոս ձայներով: Ըստ որում Elabe-ում նշում են, որ սոցիալիստների հնարավոր այլընտրական թեկնածուները նույնպես չԷին կարող հաջողության հույս ունենալ:
