ՌԴ-ում հայոց լեզվի պահպանության համար անհրաժեշտ է լուրջ աշխատանք տանել հենց ընտանիքների հետ

Ռուսաստանում ապրում է 5 մլն հայ: Այնտեղ գործող հայկական կրթօջախների թիվը 400-ից ավելին է: Չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ տեղի հայկական կառույցներն ամեն ջանք գործադրում են հայերին համախմբելու, նրանց մեջ հայոց լեզուն սերմանելու համար, սակայն դժվարությունները շատ են: Ինչպես«Արմենպրես»-ի մամուլի սրա հում հրավիրված ասուլիսում նշեց ՀՀ ԿԳՆ Կրթության ազգային ինստիտուտի հայագիտական և սոցիալական մշակութային առարկաների բաժնի մասնագետ Թամարա Թովմասյանը, կան հայեր, որոնք կարծես հեռացած լինեն հայկական կառույցներից:
«Նրանցից շատերն իրենց տեղը գտել են այդ երկրում, ունեն աշխատանք, տուն և հայկական կառույցների շուրջ համախմբվելու, հայոց լեզուն պահպանելու անհրաժեշտություն չեն տեսնում: Այստեղ խնդիր կա»,-ասաց Թամարա Թովմասյանը:
Մանկավարժական գիտությունների դոկտոր, Խ. Աբովյանի անվան հայկական պետական մանկավարժական համալսարանի պրոֆեսոր Ջուլիետտա Գյուլամիրյանի խոսքով, Ռուսաստանը հայ համայնքին տալիս է անհրաժեշտ բոլոր պայմանները դպրոց ունենալու, լեզուն պահպանելու համար, սակայն պատկերն այն է, որ շատ հայեր իրենց հեռու են պահում այդ գործընթացներից: Նա ներկայացրեց Սոչիում իրեն հանդիպած օրինակը:
«Սոչիի քաղաքային իշխանությունները որոշեցին բացել հայ ուսուցիչներ պատրաստելու ուսումնարան: Երկու ամիս ծրագիր մշակեցինք, դասագրքեր առանձնացվեցին: Սոչիի իշխանությունները շենք տրամադրեցին, կահավորեցինք: Ընդունելության հայտարարություն տրվեց, սակայն մեկ դիմում չունեցանք: Այդ շենքն այդպես մնաց, հետո դարձավ ռուսական դպրոց»,-ասաց Ջուլիետտա Գյուլամիրյանը:
Ռուսաստանում հայոց լեզվի պահպանության համար անհրաժեշտ է լուրջ աշխատանք տանել հենց ընտանիքների հետ: Նման կարծիք հայտնեց ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարության համահայկական ծրագրերի վարչության պետ Գագիկ Գյանջումյանը: Նա նոր է վերադարձել Ռուսաստանից. Կրասնոդարում անցկացվել է համաժողով ` ուղղված լեզվի պահպանության հարցերին:
«Երկու օր տևած համաժողովին հարցեր բարձրացվեցին: Բոլորի կարծիքն այն էր, որ լեզվի պահպանության խնդիրը լուծելու համար պետք է կարողանալ մտնել ընտանիք: Այնպես անել, որ հայ ընտանիքներում ավելի շատ խոսեն հայերեն, մտածեն հայերեն: Խոսվեց տրամադրվող գրականության մասին: Սփյուռքի նախարարությունն ամեն տարի իրականացնում է մեթոդական գրականության առաքման ծրագիր, մեծ քանակությամբ գրականություն ուղարկվում է նաև Ռուսաստանի հայկական կրթօջախներ: Եղան առաջարկություններ նոր մեթոդական ձեռնարկների հետ կապված»,-ասաց Գագիկ Գյանջումյանը` նշելով, որ ն ման քննարկումների արդյունքում ամեն տարի գրականությունը թարմացվում է:
Իհարկե, Ռուսաստանում ուծացման խնդիր կա, սակայն հայ համայնքին տրված են բոլոր պայմանները հայոց լեզուն պահպանելու համար: Ի տարբերություն Ռուսաստանի, կան երկրներ, որտեղ պետության կողմից խնդիրներ են ստեղծվում:
