Երևանում դեկտեմբերի 1-2-ն անցկացված Հայ–ֆրանսիական ապակենտրոնացված համագործակցության երրորդ համաժողովի շրջանակում զուգահեռաբար ընթացող 4 աշխատախմբերում հանդիպում-քննարկումներ են տեղի ունեցել՝ կրթություն և ֆրանկոֆոնիա, ուրբանիզմ և քաղաքային ենթակառուցվածքներ, զբոսաշրջություն, ինչպես նաև գյուղատնտեսություն ուղղություններով: 

Նորագույն տեխնոլոգիաները՝ ի նպաստ կրթության և մասնագիտական ուսուցման աշխատախմբի քննարկումներին ներկա են գտնվել Երևանի քաղաքապետի տեղակալ Արամ Սուքիասյանը և Լիոնի քաղաքապետի առաջին տեղակալ Ժորժ Կեպենեկյանը: 
Ողջունելով համաժողովի մասնակիցներին՝ Արամ Սուքիասյանը կարևորել է երկկողմ համագործակցության խորացումը նաև կրթության ոլորտում և, գնահատելով ֆրանկոֆոն ոչ ֆորմալ կրթությունը, նշել է, որ հատկապես երիտասարդության շրջանում այն ավելի գրավիչ դարձնելու գործում մեծ է նորարարական տեխնոլոգիաների դերը: Քաղաքապետի տեղակալը նաև համոզմունք է հայտնել, որ աշխատանքային խմբերում քննարկումները կանցնեն արդյունավետ և կմատնանշեն կոնկրետ ձեռքբերումներ:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում զեկույցներով են հանդես եկել Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմի արտաքին կապերի վարչության պետ Դավիթ Գևորգյանը, մշակույթի և տուրիզմի վարության պետ Ռուբեն Հովհաննիսյանը, ինչպես նաև հանրակրթության վարչության մասնագետները, Ֆրանսիական համալսարանի ռեկտորը, Թումո ստեղծարար կենտրոնի տնօրենը, ոլորտի այլ պատասխանատուներ: 
Աշխատանքային խմբում քննարկումներ են ընթացել երկու կողմերի տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների միջև փոխգործակցության, կրթության բնագավառում նորագույն տեխնոլոգիաների միջոցով ֆրանսերեն լեզվի նկատմամբ հետաքրքրության աճի վերաբերյալ: Մասնակիցները զրուցել են նաև գիտելիքների հասանելիության եղանակների, մասնագիտական նոր պահանջների և ոլորտին առնչվող մի շարք այլ հարցերի շուրջ:
Հայ-ֆրանսիական ապակենտրոնացված համագործակցության երրորդ համաժողովի շրջանակում Երևանը մասնակցել է նաև համաժողովի տուրիզմ, ուրբանիզմ և քաղաքային ենթակառուցվածքներ աշխատախմբերին: Զեկույցով հանդես են եկել «Երևաննախագիծ» ՓԲԸ տնօրեն Սիրեկան Օհանյանն ու քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմի զարգացման և ներդրումային ծրագրերի վարչության պետ Տիգրան Սարգսյանը:
