ՀՀ վարչապետն ընդունել է միջազգային դոնոր կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներին

ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը դեկտեմբերի 2-ին ընդունել է մի շարք միջազգային դոնոր կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներին:
Կառավարության ղեկավարը կարևորել է նման ձևաչափով հանդիպումները և շնորհակալություն հայտնել համագործակցության համար: Վարչապետի խոսքով՝ կառավարությունը շահագրգռված է բարձրացնել դոնոր կազմակերպությունների հետ աշխատանքների արդյունավետությունը և ցանկանում է քննարկում ծավալել 3 հիմնական հարցի շուրջ:
«Առաջին - Մենք նախաձեռնել ենք Ծրագրերի իրականացման գրասենյակները՝ ԾԻԳ-երն օպտիմալացնելուգործընթաց: Մենք արդեն լուծարել ենք 5-ը և ներկայում սկսում ենք օպտիմալացման հաջորդ փուլը: Ուզում ենք ձեզ հետ այս հարցի շուրջ բանակցել և բացատրել մեր նպատակը. մենք ուզում ենք աշխատանքը դարձնել ավելի արդյունավետ, հաստատուն ծախսերն՝ ավելի պակաս:
Երկրորդ - Վարկեր, վարկային ծրագրեր, դրանց առաջնահերթությունները: Դուք գիտեք, որ մեր արտաքին պարտքի չափը բավական բարձր է, և մենք ուզում ենք ձեզ հետ քննարկել ու հաստատել այն առաջնահերթությունները, այն խաղի կանոնները, որով հետագայում առնչվելու ենք վարկերի հետ և ընտրություն ենք կատարելու, թե որ վարկային ծրագիրն ենք համարելու առաջնահերթ և որ ծրագրերն ենք ֆինանսավորելու:
Երրորդ - Մինչև տարեվերջ՝ մոտ օրերս, մենք ստեղծելու ենք Ռազմավարական նախաձեռնությունների կենտրոն կամ, այլ կերպ ասած, բարեփոխումների կենտրոն, որի շրջանակում նախատեսում ենք համագործակցել մաքսիմալ շահագրգռված ուժերի, այդ թվում՝ մասնավոր հատվածի հետ և քննարկել՝ ուր ենք գնալու և ուր ենք տանելու մեր երկիրը: Քննարկել բոլոր նախաձեռնությունները, ստրատեգիաները, ռեֆորմները, ըստ ոլորտների, երկարաժամկետ, կարճաժամկետ, որպեսզի հստակ հասկանանք՝ որ ուղղությամբ պետք է շարժենք մեր տնտեսությունը», - ասել է Կարեն Կարապետյանը՝ հավելելով, որ ակնկալում է միջազգային դոնոր կազմակերպությունների համագործակցությունն ու աջակցությունն այս գործընթացներում:
Այնուհետև ՀՀ պատասխանատու նախարարների և միջազգային դոնոր կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչների մասնակցությամբ քննարկվել են ՀՀ վարչապետի նախանշած հարցերի շրջանակում համագործակցության առաջնահերթությունները, համատեղ ծրագրերը և հետագա անելիքները:
