Միայնակ մեկնեք հանգստի: Կարևոր է, որ մեկնեք միայնակ՝ առանց որևէ մեկի ընկերակցության, սովորելով ամեն ինչ հաղթահարել ինքնուրույն: Ընտրեք այնպիսի երկիր, որի մասին քիչ տեղեկություն ունեք, գնեք տոմս և կարգի բերեք փաստաթղթերը: Դրեք Ձեր առջև նպատակ՝ ծանոթանալ տեղի բնակչության հետ, իմանալ ամեն ինչ տվյալ երկրի մասին, ունենալ 1 000 լուսանկար և ճաշակել տվյալ երկրի ազգային խոհանոցի բոլոր ուտեստները: Նպատակը մեկն է՝ հասկանալ, որ աշխարհը հիասքանչ է, զարմանալի և ամենակարևորը՝ հետաքրքիր: Իսկ Դուք՝ որպես լիարժեք անհատականություն, հեշտությամբ կարող եք բազմաթիվ նորություններ բացահայտել:

Հաճախեք խոհարարական դասընթացների: Եթե ոչ խոհանոցային, ապա այլ նախասիրություն ընտրեք և ազատ ժամանակը տրամադրեք այն զարգացնելուն, քանի դեռ ունեք հնարավորություն: Ժամանակ մի կորցրեք. բազմոցին կարելի է պառկել նաև 80 տարեկանում, իսկ իսպաներեն կարող եք սովորել միայն հիմա: Բացի դա` հնարավորություն կունենաք Ձեր պատրաստած ուտեստներով կամ այլ հետաքրքրություններով հպարտանալ, երբ Ձեր  երկրորդ կեսը հայտնվի:

Տեղափոխվեք այլ քաղաք կամ երկիր: Եթե զգում եք, որ Ձեր տեղում չեք, այսինքն՝ ամեն ինչ ձանձրալի և անտանելի է, ապա թողեք ամեն ինչ և գնացեք ապրելու այլ քաղաքում կամ երկրում: Քանի դեռ չկա մարդ, ում առջև պարտականություններ ունեք, կարող եք հաճախ փոխել Ձեր բնակավայրը: Ամեն դեպքում մինչ որոշում կայացնելը, ամեն ինչ նախապես մտածեք և պլանավորեք, որպեսզի անհարմար իրավիճակում չհայտնվեք:

Փոխեք մասնագիտությունը: Կարող եք սովորել նաև երկրորդ մասնագիտություն: Եթե Ձեր աշխատանքը Ձեզ հոգնեցրել է, ապա թողեք այն և ընտրեք ինչ-որ ավելի հոգեհարազատ աշխատանք: Ամենակարևորը հասկացեք՝ Ձեզ ինչն է հաճելի և հենց դրանով էլ զբաղվեք:

Զբաղվեք ինքնակրթությամբ: Եթե խնդիրներ ունեք քիմիայի կամ պատմության հետ, ճիշտ ժամանակն է լրացնել բաց թողնվածը: Գտեք Ձեր թույլ կողմերը և ուժեղացրեք դրանք: Դա Ձեզ հնարավորություն կտա առաջ շարժվելու, նոր մարդկանց հետ ծանոթանալու և հանդիպելու Ձեր երկրորդ կեսին «զինված»:
