«Փոքր Մհեր» կրթահամալիրում կիրականացվեն արմատական փոփոխություններ

ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարար Լևոն Մկրտչյանի նախաձեռնությամբ դեկտեմբերի 2-ին հրավիրվել է «Փոքր Մհեր» կրթահամալիրի կառավարման խորհրդի արտահերթ նիստ, որտեղ քննարկվել են կրթահամալիրում ստեղծված իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ ԿԳՆ կատարած ուսումնասիրությունն ու առկա խնդիրների լուծմանն ուղղված հարցեր:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարության լրատվական ծառայությունից, նիստին մասնակցել են նաև ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի գրասենյակի ներկայացուցիչը, կառավարման խորհրդի անդամներն ու ԿԳՆ համապատասխան ոլորտի պատասխանատուները և կրթահամալիրի տնօրենը:

«Փոքր Մհեր» կրթահամալիրի կառավարման խորհրդի նախագահը ՀՀ վարչապետի խորհրդական Գևորգ Մալխասյանն է, խորհրդի կազմում ընդգրկված են ՀՀ պաշտպանության, ՀՀ ԿԳՆ, ՀՀ արդարադատության, ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարների տեղակալները, ՀՀ ոստիկանապետի տեղակալը, կրթահամալիրի ծնողական խորհրդի նախագահը: Քննարկելով «Փոքր Մհեր» կրթահամալիրում ստեղծված իրավիճակն ու առաջացած խնդիրները՝ խորհուրդը որոշել է դիմել ՀՀ ԿԳՆ-ին՝ «Փոքր Մհեր» կրթահամալիրում ծառայողական քննություն նշանակելու առաջարկով:

Արտահերթ նիստում որոշվել է ՀՀ ԿԳՆ և ՀՀ ՊՆ ներկայացուցիչներից կազմված հանձնախումբ ձևավորել, որը կրթահամալիրում մշտական դիտարկում և վերահսկողություն կիրականցնի:

ՀՀ ԿԳՆ-ի կողմից այդ աշխատանքերը կհամակարգի աշխատակազմի մարզառազմական և արտաուսումնական դաստիարակության վարչության պետ Արկադի Պետրոսյանը: «Փոքր Մհեր» կրթահամալիրում իրավիճակը կայունացնելու և կրթական գործընթացը վերականգնելու նպատակով վերահսկման պարտականությունը ժամանակավորապես դրվել է ՀՀ ԿԳՆ աշխատակազմի մարզառազմական և արտաուսումնական դաստիարակության վարչության գլխավոր մասնագետ Արթուր Կարապետյանի վրա: Արտահերթ նիստի ժամանակ որոշվել է նաև փոխել «Փոքր Մհեր» կրթահամալիրի կանոնադրությունը, խորհրդի կազմը և կառավարմա ն ձևը:
