Լավ է ուշ, քան երբեք: Վարչապետ Կարապետյանի հանձնարարականով Տրանսպորտի, կապի եւ տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարությունում ձեւավորված աշխատանքային խումբն այսօր կառավարության քննարկմանն է ներկայացրել ներմարզային շուրջ 100 համայնքի ուղեւորափոխադրումների եւ երթեւեկության անվտանգության ապահովման ոլորտի կարգավորմանն ուղղված իր առաջարկությունները:

Այսպիսով՝ վերջապես անսալով մարզային բնակչության պահանջներին՝ երկրիս կառավարությունն իր ուշադրությունը սեւեռեց մարզային համայնքներում ուղեւորափոխադրումներին առնչվող խնդիրներին, որոշեց վերհանել դրանց պատճառները, առաջարկեց ամբողջական լուծումներ: Բանն այն է, որ բնակչության քիչ թվաքանակով պայմանավորված՝ մարզերի 97 համայնքում վաղուց դադարել էին ուղեւորափոխադրումները, եւ այժմ մեծ են հույսերը, որ դրանք առաջիկայում կազմակերպվելու են կանոնավոր կերպով:

Եվս մեկ ուրախալի լուր տրանսպորտի ոլորտից: Աշխատանքային խումբը կառավարությանն առաջարկում է վարչական պատասխանատվություն սահմանել երթուղայինները ձևական տեխնիկական զննության ենթարկող կազմակերպությունների նկատմամբ:

Հարկ է նշել, որ մարզերից ընտրված բազմաթիվ պատգամավորներ, Հայաստանում տրանսպորտի ոլորտն ուսումնասիրող մի շարք հասարակական կազմակերպություններ, ինչպես նաեւ ԶԼՄ-ներ տարիներ շարունակ ահազանգել են այն մասին, որ բազմաթիվ երթուղայիններ չեն անցնում տեխնիկական անհրաժեշտ զննությունը, ինչը պատճառ է դառնում բազմաթիվ վթարների՝ հանգեցնելով զոհերի եւ վիրավորների:
