ՀՀ ՊՆ–ն պաշտոնապես կուսումնասիրի Հելսինկյան քաղաքացիական ասամբլեայի զեկույցը

ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունը պաշտոնապես կուսումնասիրի Հելսինկյան քաղաքացիական ասամբլեայի զեկույցը քառօրյա պատերազմի վերաբերյալ և կտա պաշտոնական պատասխան: Այս մասին այսօր Տավուշում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության մամուլի խոսնակ Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը: 

Զեկույցում խնդիրներ էին բարձրացվում տանկերի վառելիքի, փամփուշտների պակասի հետ կապված, առանձին դրվագով նկարագրվում էր նաև զինվորների դիակները ծնողներին հանձնելու դեպքերի վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվություններին: 

Այս առումով Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանն ասաց, որ զեկույցը ոչ պրոֆեսիոնալ է: «Զոհված զինծառայողների հարազատների ծնողների էմոցիաների վրա խաղացած զեկույց էր: Զինվորների մահից հետո այցելել են նրանց տները, օգտվելով ցասումից, նրանց վշտից, պատրաստել են նյութեր, որոնք նաև Պաշտպանության նախարարության դեմ նախատրամադրված են»,- նշեց խոսնակը: 

Խոսելով վառելիքի խնդրի մասին, Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանն ընդգծեց, որ վառելիքի հետ կապված խնդիր չի եղել. «Տանկից հնարավոր չէ վառելիքի մնացորդը թափել, առնվազն պիտի տանկը շուռ տաս, քանդես-հավաքես»:

Զեկույցում նաև դրվագ կար, որ տանկիստի մահի հետ կապված, գրված էր, որ հարազատները մի տանկիստի հարազատները մտավախություն ունեն, թե իրենց երեխայի դիակը չի հանձնվել, մի բուռ հող է հանձնվել, որովհետև երեք օր շարունակ ոստիկանները հսկել են դագաղն ու թույլ չեն տվել դրան մոտենալ: Այս առումով Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանն ասաց, որ նման բան չի եղել, ծնողներին հող չեն հանձնել:

ՊՆ մամուլի խոսնակը նաև շեշտեց, որ զեկույցում այլ կետեր էլ կան, որոնց անդրադարձ կկատարվի արդեն պաշտոնապես:
