Հնարավո՞ր է 2017թ-ին նվազագույն աշխատավարձը դառնա 75 000 դրամ. պատգամավորը՝ նախարարին

2014թ-ի պետական բյուջեի կատարողականի քննարկման ժամանակ Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարար Արտեմ Ասատրյանին ԱԺ «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Միքայել Մելքումյանը հարցրեց, թե Կառավարության հնգամյա ծրագրով, կարծես թե, 2017թ-ին նվազագույն աշխատավարձը հասնելու է 65 000 դրամի:
«Հիմա հուլիսի 1-ից 55 հազար դրամ դարձավ և ընդամենը մեկ տարի է մնում, կա՞ն ռեզերվներ ճշգրտելու, թե կարող ենք ապահովել նվազագույնը աշխատավարձի այդ չափը»,- հարցրեց նա և հավելեց, թե այս ընթացում պետք է հաշվի առնել, որ ծառայություններն ու ապրանքները թանկանում են:
«Ի՞նչ եք կարծում, հնարավո՞ր է նախաձեռնությամբ հանդես գաք, օրինակ, որ նվազագույնը 65 000 չլինի, այլ ավելին, ընդունենք 75 000 դրամ»,- հարցրեց նա:
Արտեմ Ասատրյանը համաձայնեց, որ եկամուտները պետք է արտացոլվեն նախապես։ Ինչ վերաբերում է կանխատեսումներին, ապա ըստ նրա՝ այս ընթացքում ձևավորել են մոդել, որը թույլ կտա նվազագույն աշխատավարձի արժեքը որոշել մի քանի բաղադրիչների ազդեցությունը հաշվի առնելով:
«Պետք է նվազագույն աշխատավարձը լինի նվազագույն կենսաապահովման միջոց, նաև գործատուի հետ չափի գնահատում պետք է լինի, թե ինչ ազդեցություն կունենա տնտեսության վրա, որովհետև եթե ասենք բարձրացնում է աշխատավարձը՝ դրան զուգահեռ կարող է գործատուն կրճատել աշխատողների թիվը, որպեսզի այդ աշխատավարձը վճարի, սա էլ պետք է հաշվի առնել: Պետք է հասկանալ, որն է մեզ համար այսօր կարևոր»,- ասաց նա:
Նախարարը նշեց, թե այս պահին այդ ուղղությամբ աշխատանքները շարունակվում են: «Պետք է ասել, որ ընդհանրապես առաջարկությունները նվազագույն աշխատավարձի մասով ծրագրերի շրջանակում ներկայացված են քննարկման, և որոշումներն ընդունման կապված է լինելու թե՛ կարճաժամկետ, թե՛ երկարաժամկետ կտրվածքով տնտեսական ընդհանուր կանխատեսումների վրա»,- ասաց նա:
