1 Հացհամեմ (չամանի սերմեր, пажитник)
Հացհամեմի սերմերը դիոսգենին են պարունակում, որն օրգանիզմում էստրոգեն է արտադրում: Դրա շնորհիվ կանացի հորմոնները սկսում են գերակշռել օրգանիզմում: Աստիճանաբար սկսում են կլորանալ ազդրերը և մեծանում է կուրծքը:
2 Կռատուկ
Կռատուկի տերևներն արագացնում են արյան հոսքը դեպքի կուրծքը: Դեռ հնուց կերակրող մայրիկներն օգտագործել են կառատուկի սերմերով թրջոցներ՝ կաթի քանակությունը շատացնելու համար:
3 Սամիթ
Այս բույսը մեծ քանակությամբ էստրոգեն է պարունակում: Կուրծքը մեծացնելու լավագույն միջոցը՝ սամիթով թեյ խմելն է:
4 Անիսոն
Եթերային յուղերը նույնպես դրական են ազդում կրծքի մեծացման վրա: Եթերային յուղերի խառնուրդ պատրաստեք. Խառնեք 7 կաթիլ սամիթի (фенхель) յուղ, 5 կաթիլ անիսոնի յուղ և 30 մլ ցանկացած հիմնական, բազային յուղ: Քսեք այդ խառնուրդը կրծքին, բացառությամբ պտուկների՝ օրական 1-2 անգամ:
