Հում բանջարեղեն- Առավոտյան հում բանջարեղեն ուտելը կարող է գաստրիտի առաջացման պատճառ դառնալ: Հում բանջարեղենի թթվայնությունն է, որը վնասում է ստամոքսի պատերը:
Քաղցրավենիք-Մարդիկ, որոնք շաքարախտով են տառապում, նախկինում առավոտյան քաղցր բաներ ուտելու սովորություն են ունեցել: Ենթաստամոքսային գեղձն ի վիճակի չէ առավոտյան բավականաչափ ինսուլին արտազատել, և դա է պատճառը, որ առավոտյան քաղցրավենիք ուտելը շատ վտանգավոր է:
