Գագիկ Համբարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Կուբայի ղեկավարությունը հաշվի առնելով երկրի նախկին առաջնորդ Ֆիդել Կաստոյի ցանկությունը որոշում է ընդունել չթույլատրել երկրի տարածքում տեղադրել Ֆիդել Կաստրոյի արձանները...Այդ մասին տեղեկացնում է Associated Press-ը՝հղում տալով Կուբայի ներկայիս առաջնորդ,Ֆ.Կաստրոյի կրտսեր եղբայր Ռաուլ Կաստրոյին...Ըստ Ռ.Կաստրոյի,կոմանդանտեն չէր ցանկանում,որ իր անձը դառնա պաշտամունքի առարկա...Արդյունքում,երկրի տարածքում ոչ միայն չեն տեղադրվի Ֆ.Կաստրոյի արձանները,այլև կարգելվեն նրա անունով կոչել հիմնարկները,այգիները,փողոցները,հասարակական վայրերը և այլն...
Ֆ.Կաստրոն շատ լավ պատկերացնում էր,թե ինչ ապագա են ունենալու այդ արձանները... Լինելով բռնապետ ինքը շատ լավ գիտեր,որ մի օր այդ արձանները կտապալվեն,ինչպես դա եղավ Ստալինի,Լենինի,Հուսեյնի,Կադաֆիի և այլ բռնապետների դեպքում...Բացի այդ,պարզվեց,որ Կաստորն նաև համեստ մարդ էր...Ի տարբերություն մեր արևելյան հարևանների բռնապետների՝ հայր և որդի Ալիևների,որոնք սեփական անձի պաշտամունքը պետական մակարդակով են առաջ տանում...Հեյդար Ալիևը իր կառավարման տարիներին էր արդեն իրեն "ադրբեջանցիների հայր" կոչումը շնորհել՝դառնալով Հեյդար բաբա...Իսկ նրա մահից հետո վերջինիս որդին՝Իլհամը,ով հորը փոխարինեց Ադրբեջանի սուլթանի պաշտոնում,Հեյդար բաբային հռչակեց Ադրբեջանի "աստված"...Ադրբեջանում դասալիք Հեյդար Ալիևի անուն են կրում գրեթե բոլոր կարևոր նշանակություն ունեցող "օբեկտները"...Բոլոր քաղաքներում և գյուղերում սնկի նման աճեցին Հեյդար բաբայի արձաններն ու կիսանդրիները...Բոլոր բնակավայրերի կենտրոնական փողոցները նրա անունն են կրում և այլն....Այդ ամենը քիչ էր,Իլհամ little-բաբան որոշեց սեփական հայրիկի պաշտամունքը արտահանել Ադրբեջանից...Հարյուր միլիոնավոր դոլլարներ է ծախսվել Թուրքիայում,Վրաստանում,ՌԴ-ում,Մեքսիկայում և այլ երկրներում Հեյդար բայայի արձանների,նրա անունով փողոցների և այգիների կառուցման և վերանորոգման համար....Ու այդ ամենը արվում է այն դեպքում,երբ Հեյդարի օրոք փախստական դարձած հարյուր հազարավոր ադրբեջանցիներ մինչև հիմա ապրում են համակենտրոնացման ճամբարներում,որտեղ բացակայում են տարրական պայմանները ապրելու համար...
