«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
«Օրերս աղմուկ բարձրացրեց այն իրադարձությունը, որ «Հայկական բարեգործական ընդհանուր միությունն» (ՀԲԸՄ) իր 110–ամյակի միջոցառումների շրջանակներում կազմակերպում է քննարկում ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի հետ Հայաստանի երկարաժամկետ սոցիալ–տնտեսական զարգացման թեմայով: Սակայն այն մատուցվեց այլ կերպ` ՀՀ վարչապետը կպատասխանի ֆեյսբուքյան օգտատերերի հարցերին: Իհարկե, եթե հանդիպումն ընթանար այդ ձևաչափով, այն աննախադեպ կլիներ հայաստանյան իրականության մեջ: Սակայն ստացվեց ճիշտ հակառակը: Օգտատերերի բազմաթիվ հարցերից հրապարակվեցին միայն մի քանիսը, որոնցից որոշներն էլ, ոչ թե հարց էին, այլ` կենաց: Փոխարենը, հանդիպմանը հավաքված էին մի քանի անհասկանալի անձինք և գործիչներ: Որոշ բացառություններ չհաշված, տպավորություն էր, որ ով պարապ է մնացել, բերել են հանդիպման: Այդ էր վկայում նաև լսարանի կողմից տրվող հարցերի բնույթը և որակը: Դրան դեռ կանդրադառնանք:
Ինչ մնում է հանդիպմանը, ապա վարչապետը ևս չէր սպասում նման ձևաչափի: Նա գոնե երկու անգամ իր խոսքում անդրադարձավ այդ խնդրին: Ստացվում է, որ կազմակերպիչները զբաղվել էին բացահայտ աճպարարությամբ: Կազմակերպման որակին ընդհանրապես չարժի անդրադառնալ, քանի որ այն հեռու էր պրոֆեսիոնալ կոչվելուց: Ինչ մնում է հարցերին ու դրանց բովանդակությանը, ինչպես նաև պատասխաններին, ապա պետք է փաստել, որ առնվազն միամտություն կլիներ ակնկալել բոլոր հարցերի պատասխանները, դեռևս իր 100 օրը չբոլորած կառավարության ղեկավարից: Գոնե իրականության իմիտացիա ստեղծելու համար, կազմակերպիչները կարող էին ներառել նույն ֆեյսբուքյան օգտատերերի գոնե մի քանի սուր հարցեր: Իսկ դրանք, իհարկե կային ու կային գրեթե բոլոր ոլորտների վերաբերյալ: Սակայն դա չեղավ: Փոխարենն անարդյունավետ քննարկում ծավալվեց սփյուռքի հետ հարաբերությունների վերաբերյալ:
Ակնհայտ էր, որ դահլիճում որևէ մեկը չուներ հստակ պատկերացում ու տեսլական այդ խնդրի վերաբերյալ: Իսկ ամենակոմպետենտ թվացող մարդը՝ Հրանուշ Հակոբյանը, բացի ծափահարելուց, այլ գործողությամբ աչքի չընկավ, չնայած խնդիրը վերաբերում էր հենց իր ղեկավարած ոլորտին: Ամենայն հավանականությամբ, սա նաև փիառ քայլ էր վարչապետին նվիրված գովազդի շրջանակներում, որը վերջին ամիսներին, հետևողականորեն կազմակերպվում է իշխանական կառույցների կողմից: Սակայն դժվար է ասել՝ այն դրական ազդեցություն ունեցա՞վ, թե՞ բացասական: Կարծում ենք, վարչապետը շատ արագ պետք է ձգտի փոխել այս անբովանդակ քննարկման և հարցուպատասխանի ձևաչափը»:
