Էլէներգիայի սակագինը թաքուն թանկանո՞ւմ է. մարդիկ չեն կարողանում վճարել հոսանքի դիմաց

«Հրապարակ» օրաթերթը գրում է. «Այս օրերին հարյուրավոր մարդիկ՝ հասարակ քաղաքացիներ, գործարարներ, զանգահարում են «Հայաստանի էլցանցեր», տեղեկանալու, թե երբ եւ որքան են վճարելու օգոստոսին ծախսած էլեկտրաէներգիայի դիմաց, հայտնում են փոխհատուցման հետ կապված խնդիրների մասին։ Օգոստոսի 1-ից, ինչպես հայտնի է, կառավարությունը կիսով չափ սուբսիդավորելու է ամսական մինչեւ 500 կվտ/ժ էլեկտրաէներգիա սպառողների հոսանքի ծախսը։ Փոխհատուցումը վճարվելու է փոքր եւ միջին ձեռնարկությունների սպառած 250 կվտ/ժ-ի դիմաց, յուրաքանչյուր կիլովատի համար թանկացման չափով, այսինքն՝ 6,93 դրամ։ Բայց, ստանալով վարձավճարների տվյալները, ձեռնարկատերերից շատերը նկատել են, որ վճարման ենթակա գումարները նշված են ամբողջությամբ, այդ 6,93 «դրամները» ներառյալ։ Իսկ ոմանք էլ ընդհանրապես դեռ չեն ստացել նախորդ ամսվա ծախսի տվյալները, ինչը նույնպես վերագրում են թաքուն թանկացնելու միտումին։
Քաղաքացիները եւս չեն կարողանում վճարել հոսանքի դիմաց։ Բանկերից նրանց պատասխանում են, որ հոսանքի տվյալները դեռ չեն երեւում։
«Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ՓԲԸ մամուլի պատասխանատու Նատալյա Սարջանյանը պարզաբանում է, որ փոխհատուցման հետ կապված մուծումների հաշվարկման նոր սխեմա է ներդրվել, որն առայժմ ադապտացված չէ բանկային ցանցերին, եւ այստեղից էլ առաջանում են խնդիրները։ «Մենք ներդրել ենք նոր ծրագրային փաթեթ, որում արտացոլված է երկու թիվ՝ այն, որը վճարելու է բաժանորդը, եւ այն, որը ենթակա է սուբսիդավորման, այսինքն, որը որ վճարելու է կառավարությունը։ Տվյալների այս բազան պետք է ադապտացվի բանկերի բազայի հետ, իսկ մինչ այդ հնարավոր է, որ ինչ-որ խնդիրներ առաջանան»։
«ՀԷՑ» տվյալների բազայից կարող է օգտվել ցանկացած բաժանորդ։ «Ցանցերի» պաշտոնական կայքում՝ www.ena.am, ընդամենը պետք է լրացնել բաժանորդի քարտի համարը, եւ համակարգը կբերի վճարման ենթակա գումարը։ Սուբսիդավորման ենթակա գումարը, որը վճարելու է կառավարությունը, նշված է առանձին սյունակում՝ «կառավարություն» տողի տակ»:
