Կիլիկիո կաթողիկոսարանը տարածքի վերադարձի հայցով դիմում է ՄԻԵԴ Թուրքիայի դեմ

Թուրքիայի Սահմանադրական դատարանը մերժել է Սիսի կաթողիկոսարանի տարածքի վերադարձի մասին Մեծի Տանն Կիլիկիո կաթողիկոսության պահանջով դատի քննարկումը: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, Մեծի Տանն Կիլիկիո Արամ Ա կաթողիկոսը հայտա րարել է հայցը Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարան տանելու մասին:
«Դեկտեմբերի 6-ը կարևոր օր է լինելու ընդհանրապես հայ ժողովրդի և մասնավորապես հայ եկեղեցու համար: Սա առաջին իրավական քայլն է ընդդեմ Թուրքիայի` 1915 թվականի Հայոց ցեղասպանությունից հետո: Իրավական այս գործընթացը երկար և լուրջ մտորումների, խորհրդակցության և ուսումնասիրության արդյունք է` հիմնված միջազգային իրավունքի վրա, այդ թվում և 1932 թվականի Լոզանի կոնֆերանսի որոշումների վրա, որն առնչվում է Թուրքիայի Հանրապետության սահմաններում բնակվող փոքրամասնություններին»,- հայտարարել է Արամ Ա կաթողիկոսը Լիբանանից ուղիղ տեսուղերձի ժամանակ:
Նա համոզմունք է հայտնել, որ եկել է ժամանակը ճանաչման փուլից անցնելու փոխհատուցման փուլի` այդ ճանապարհին չմոռանալով Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման կարևորությունը:
«Դեկտեմբերի 6-ին մեր թղթածրարը, այլ խոսքով` Սիսի կաթողիկոսարանի վերադարձի մեր պահանջը պաշտոնապես պետք է Ստրասբուրգում ներկայացվի ՄԻԵԴ: Հաջորդ օրը` դեկտեմբերի 7-ին, Բելգիայում մամուլի ազգային ակումբում տեղի կունենա հրապարակային մամուլի ասուլիս` մասնակցությամբ մեր իրավական մարմնի հինգ անդամների: Ասուլիսին ներկա կլինեն միջազգային մամուլի ներկայացուցիչները, ինչպես նաև ոչ կառավարական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներ, քաղաքական ու կուսակցական պատասխանատուներ»,- հայտարարել է Արամ Ա կաթողիկոսը:
Նա նշել է, որ այս դատը Մեծի Տանն Կիլիկիո դատը չէ, ոչ էլ մեր եկեղեցու դատն է, այլ մեր ժողովրդի: «Մենք այս գիտակցությամբ, այս հեռանկարով ճամփա ելանք և պետք է շարունակենք իրավական այս ընթացքը: Մենք պետք է շարունակենք Ցեղասպանության ճանաչման գործընթացը: Միաժամանակ, հավատացած եմ, որ ժամանակը եկել է, որ մենք` Հայաստանը և Սփյուռքը, մեր բոլոր կազմակերպություններով պետք է մուտք գործենք իրավական դաշտ: Մենք պահանջատեր ժողովուրդ ենք»,- հայտարարել է նա:
Արամ Ա կաթողիկոսը հայտարարել է, որ հայկական հարցը արդարության հարցն է: «Դա մեր ժողովրդի հարցն է: Մենք երբեք չենք մոռանում Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը: Ճանաչումն ու փոխհատուցումը մեր հստակ պահանջն է որպես ժողովուրդ և եկեղեցի: Մենք ցանկանում ենք արդարություն միջազգային հանրությունից»,- հայտարարել է նա:
