Հայաստանում գալիք ընտրություններին դժվարություններ ունեցող ընտրողների համար կստեղծվեն լրացուցիչ հնարավորություններ

Հայաստանում գալիք համապետական ընտրությունների քվեարկության ժամանակ դժվարություններ ունեցող ընտրողների համար կստեղծվեն լրացուցիչ հնարավորություններ:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի լրատվական ծառայությունից, քվերակությանը մասնակցելու դժվարություններ ունեցողներին կթույլատրեն ընտրողների ցուցակում ստորագրելու համար օգտագործել իրենց անձնական ֆաքսիմիլային ստորագրությունները, ինչպես նաև հնարավորության առկայության դեպքում բոլոր տեղամասային ընտրական հանձնաժողովներին կհատկացվեն խոշորացնող ոսպնյակներ՝ ըստ անհրաժեշտության ընտրողներին տրամադրելու համար:

Տեսողության պատճառով քվեարկությանը մասնակցելու դժվարություններ ունեցող ընտրողների քվեարկությունը մատչելի դարձնելու նպատակով կմշակվեն քվեարկության կարգի պարզաբանման ձեռնարկներ (խոշորացված տառատեսակի և ռելիեֆա-կետային բրայլյան տառատեսակի կիրառմամբ) և նշված ձեռնարկները համապատասխան հասարակական կազմակերպությունների միջոցով կտրամադրվեն ընտրողներին:

Քվեարկությանը մասնակցելու դժվարություններ ունեցող ընտրողների քվեարկությունը մատչելի դարձնելու նպատակով համայնքների ղեկավարները Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ընտրական օրենսգրքի պահանջների և առկա հնարավորությունների հաշվառմամբ տեղամասային կենտրոնները կսահմանեն այնպիսի շենքերում և շինություններում, որոնք հարմարեցված են շարժասայլակներով տեղաշարժվելու համար:

Տեղամասային կենտրոնում քվեարկության սենյակը հնարավորության դեպքում պետք է  կահավորել շենքերի և շինությունների առաջին հարկերում:

Քվեարկության օրը տեղամասային կենտրոնում հերթի առկայության դեպքում քվեարկությանը մասնակցելու դժվարություններ ունեցող ընտրողները պետք է հրավիրվեն քվեարկության սենյակ տեղամասային ընտրական հանձնաժողովի նախագահի կողմից արտահերթ ռեժիմով:

Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի կողմից քվեարկության կարգի պարզաբանման վերաբերյալ հեռարձակվող տեսանյութերը կզուգակցվեն ժեստային լեզվով (սուրդո-թարգմանությամբ):

Համայնքի տարածքում քարոզչական պաստառ, քարոզչական տպագիր և այլ նյութեր փակցնելու համար անվճար տեղեր առանձնացնելիս համայնքի ղեկավարի կողմից, հնարավորության դեպքում պետք է հաշվի առնվեն նաև շարժասայլակներով տեղաշարժվող ընտրողների քարոզչական նյութեր փակցնելու համար առանձնացված տեղերին ինքնուրույն մոտենալու և դրանցում փակցված նյութերին ծանոթանալու հնարավորության ապահովումը:

Ընտրություններին մասնակցող կուսակցություններին, կուսակցությունների դաշինքներին և թեկնածուներին կառաջարկվի նաև իրենց նախընտրական քարոզչության ընթացքում հեռարձակվող տեսանյութերը հնարավորության դեպքում զուգակցել ժեստային լեզվով (սուրդո-թարգմանությամբ):
