Հասարակությունն ավելի կոնկրետ կիմանա, թե ինչ է կատարվում ներքաղաքական կյանքում հունվար ամսվա վերջին. մեր հետ զրույցում նման կարծիք հայտնեց քաղաքագետ Գագիկ Համբարյանը:
 
«Հունվարից հետո քաղաքական ուժերի և կուսակցությունների միջև բանակցությունները վերջնական փուլի կհասնեն: Այդ ժամանակ մենք կիմանանք, թե քաղաքական որ ուժն ինչ ֆորմատով կմասնակցի այն եզակի համապետական ընտրություններին, որոնք տեղի են ունենալու ապրիլի 2–ին: Ազգային ժողովի ընտրություններով մենք որոշելու ենք և՛ օրենսդիր, և՛ գործադիր իշխանության ապագան, քանի որ ապագայում Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում նախագահական ընտրություններ չեն լինելու»,–ասաց քաղաքագետը՝ հավելելով, որ մինչև քաղաքական բևեռների ձևավորումը դեռ շատ անձինք կներքաշվեն ներքաղաքական զարգացումների մեջ. «Քաղաքական կյանք կմղվեն նոր անձինք, կլինեն վերադասավորումներ, կլինեն կուսակցություններ, որոնք կանցնեն պատմության գիրկը: Այն կուսակցությունները, որոնք այժմ ներկա են ԱԺ–ում, այլևս չեն լինի օրենսդիր մարմնում, կկազմվեն դաշինքներ»:
 
Խոսելով ապագա պառլամենտում իր տեղը չունեցող ներկայի ֆրակցիաների մասին, քաղաքագետը հստակեցրեց. «Դրանք այն ֆրակցիաներն են, որոնք հիմա կան ԱԺ–ում և ներկայացնում են ընդդիմադիր դաշտը՝ «Ժառանգությունը» և ՀԱԿ–ը: Այդ տեսքով հաջորդ խորհրդարանում նրանք չեն լինելու: Մեծ հարց է, թե տվյալ խմբակցություններում ներգրավված քաղաքական դեմքերն ինչ ֆորմատով կմասնակցեն ընտրություններին, որովհետև նրանց միավորումը այլ քաղաքական ուժերի հետ պարտադիր է: ՏԻՄ ընտրությունները ցույց տվեցին, որ ընդդիմադիր դաշտն առանձին–առանձին մասնակցելով, խայտառակ պարտություն կրեց: Դա այն դեպքում, երբ նույն այդ քաղաքական ուժերն ու լիդերները «Սասնա ծռերի» հետ կապված ճգնաժամի ժամանակ բավական մեծ ռեյտինգ ունեին հասարակության մոտ»,– ասաց նա:
 
Գագիկ Համբարյանն անդրադարձ կատարեց նաև այսօրվա քաղաքական դաշտում «դեմքերի»՝ լիդերների պակասին: «Արդեն որերորդ անգամն է ականատես ենք լինում, որ նույն դեմքը բազմաթիվ ֆորմատներով մասնակցում է ընտրություններին: Սա նշանակում է մեկ բան, որ մեր քաղաքական ուժերն ունեն կադրային քաղց: Դա պայմանավորված է թե՛ քաղաքական ուժերի էգոիզմի հետ, թե՛ նրանց ղեկավարության մենաշնորհային դիրքեր գրավելու հետ: Նրանք չեն ցանկանում ներգրավեն իրենց թիմ նոր դեմքերի, որ իրենք հանկարծ չստվերվեն»,–եզրափակեց քաղաքագետը:
