Երևանում դեկտեմբերի 5-ին տեղի ունեցավ ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանին առընթեր Խոշտանգումների կանխարգելման փորձագիտական խորհրդի ընդլայնված նիստը: Ընդլայնված նիստի ընթացքում քննարկվել է  ազատությունից զրկման վայրերում անձի ապահովման հարցը: Լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարի տեղակալ Սուրեն Քրմոյանը հայտնեց, որ բժշկական ծառայության մատուցման վերաբերյալ նախարարությունը արդեն ունի հայեցակարգ:

«Այս հայեցակարգն արդեն նախնական քննարկվել է կառավարությունում: Այն է՝ բժշկական ծառայությունների արդիականացման ծրագիրը քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներում, որտեղ հաշվի են առնվում և ինքասպանության դեպքերը, և մահվան դեպքերը քաղաքացիական ու քրեակատարողական բուժհիմնարկներում, և բուժման առանձնահատկությունները»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ասաց Քրմոյանը:

ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարի տեղակալը նշեց, որ քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներում գտնվող անձը առնվազն պետք է ստանա նույն բժշկական ծառայությունը, որը ստանում է համայնքում գտնվող անձը:  

Այն հարցին, թե արդյոք խոշտանգումներով պայմանավորված մահվան դեպքեր եղել են Հայաստանի քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներում Քրմոյանը ընդգծեց, որ նման դեպքեր դեռևս չեն արձանագրվել. «Յուրաքանչյուր մահվան դեպքով կատարվում է նախաքննություն, և ըստ դրա վարույթ իրականացնող մարմինները որոշում են ընդունում քրեական գործի հարուցման կամ մերժման հետ կապված: Հայաստանում խոշտանգումների հետևանքով մահվան դեպքեր չեն արձնագրվել»:
