Ленинаканский пробор: история парикмахерской, пережившей землетрясение в Гюмри

Трагедия в Гюмри считается одной из самых страшных в истории Армении. 7 декабря 1988 года произошло мощнейшее Спитакское землетрясение, сопоставимое по силе со взрывом десяти атомных бомб. Охватив часть территории республики, оно разрушило города Спитак, Ленинакан (нынешний Гюмри), Кировакан (нынешний Ванадзор) и другие населенные пункты.
Катастрофа унесла жизни 17 тысяч ленинаканцев, жителей второго по величине города страны после Еревана. Но на кусочке земли, между лишенными фасадов зданиями, все еще стоит самая старая в городе парикмахерская «Люкс». Салон, не закрывший двери и в годы Второй мировой войны, продолжает обслуживать жителей бывшего Ленинакана.
Вспоминать этот день в салоне не любят — слишком много боли. «Лента.ру» и агентство PAN Photo рассказывают об одном из символов Гюмри и его мастерах.
