Արտաքին գործերի նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը դեկտեմբերի 7-ին Բրյուսելում՝ ՆԱՏՕ-ի կենտրոնակայանում, ներկա գտնվեց և ելույթ ունեցավ Աֆղանստանում անվտանգության ապահովման «Վճռական աջակցություն» առաքելության մասնակից երկրների արտգործնախարարների հանդիպմանը, որին մասնակցում էին ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ և առաքելության մասնակից շուրջ չորս տասնյակ երկրների ԱԳ նախարարներ:

Ինչպես  տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից, ելույթ ունենալով հանդիպմանը՝ նախարար Նալբանդյանը վերահաստատեց Հայաստանի հանձնառությունը՝ շարունակելու օժանդակությունը Աֆղանստանում անվտանգության և ներազգային համերաշխության հաստատման ուղղությամբ գործադրվող հավաքական ջանքերին:

«Մեր զինծառայողների՝ Աֆղանստանում գտնվելու փաստը, ինչպես նաև մեր ներկայությունն այսօր այստեղ, Աֆղանստանում խաղաղությանը, անվտանգությանը և կայունությանը մեր շարունակական նվիրվածության լավագույն վկայությունն են: Մենք միասնական ենք «Վճռական աջակցություն» առաքելության շրջանակներում համատեղ ջանքերով այս նպատակներին հասնելու և աֆղանական իշխանությունների կողմից երկրի արդյունավետ վերահսկողության իրականացմանը, ինչպես նաև երկարաժամկետ անվտանգության ապահովմանն աջակցելու հարցում: Շատ բան արդեն արվել է, այնուամենայնիվ, դեռ բա վականաչափ անելիքներ կան:

Անվտանգության հետ կապված միջադեպերը շարունակում են մեր ուշադրությունը սևեռել Աֆղանստանի առջև ծառացած մարտահրավերների վրա: Մտահոգիչ են Թալիբանի գործունեության և Աֆղանստանում ԴԱԻՇ-ի և այլ ահաբեկչական խմբավորումների ներկայության մասին տեղեկությունները: Դա մեզ հիշեցնում է, որ աշխարհի մի կետում անվտանգության խնդիրները, համապատասխան ուշադրության չարժանանալու դեպքում, սպառնալիք են դառնում բոլորիս համար: Դա նաև ամրապնդում է մեր միասնական վճռականությունը շարունակելու միասնական ջանքերը՝ ապահովելու համար նրանց անվտանգությունը, ովքեր դրա կարիքն ունեն: Ահաբեկիչները պետք է զրկվեն պարարտ հող գտնելու հնարավորությունից:

Հենց այսպիսի ընկալմամբ էլ Հայաստանը հանձնառություն է ստանձնել՝ իր ներդրումն ունենալու միջազգային խաղաղության և անվտանգության ապահովման միասնական ջանքերում: Դրա վկայությունն է նաև անցյալում ու ներկայում մեր մասնակցությունը Իրաքում, Կոսովոյում, Լիբանանում և Մալիում իրականացվող միջազգային առաքելություններին:

Ինչպես Վարշավայում կայացած ՆԱՏՕ-ի գագաթաժողովի իր ելույթում վերահաստատեց Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Նախագահը, 2017թ. ընթացքում հայկական զորախումբը կշարունակի ներկայիս մակարդակով ծառայություն իրականացնել «Վճռական աջակցություն» առաքելության շրջանակներում: Մենք նաև պատրաստակամություն ենք հայտնել մասնակցել «Տևական գործընկերությանը», երբ այն կփոխարինի «Վճռական աջակցություն» առաքելությանը:

Հայաստանը շարունակում է աջակցել Աֆղանստանի կողմից ղեկավարվող համաաֆղանական ընդգրկվածություն ունեցող խաղաղ գործընթացին: Վստահ ենք, որ միասնական ջանքերով և վճռականությամբ կհասնենք մեր ընդհանուր նպատակին` օժանդակելու Աֆղանստանի ժողովրդին անվտանգության ու կայունության ապահովման գործում»,- ասաց Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչության ղեկավարը։
