ՍԱՊԾ-ը պարզաբանում է, թե ինչպես կարող էր ռուսական շուկայում հայտնվել հայկական դրոշմապիտակով թուրքական բանջարեղեն

Ռուսաստանում ոչնչացված հայկական դրոշմապիտակով թուրքական վարունգների ու լոլիկների խմբաքանակ, իրականում, ՍԱՊԾ-ում չի գրանցվել, այսինքն` դրա համար ֆիտոսանիտարական սերտիֆիկատ ՍԱՊԾ-ի կողմից չի տրվել: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց սոցիալական ապահովության պետական ծառայության մամուլի խոսնակ Նվարդ Առաքելյանը` անդրադառ նալով օրերս ՌԴ-ի Սարատովի «Ռոսսելխոզնադզորի» մարզային վարչությունում հայտնաբերված անօրինական ճանապարհով ներկրված թուրքական բանջարեղենի խմբաքանակին, որոնց վրա, ըստ ռուսական լրատվամիջոցների, եղել են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության դրոշմապիտակներ:
«Մենք նաև պարզել ենք, որ այն հայտնաբերել են իրացման ցանցում, այլ ոչ թե սահմանին, այսինքն` տեսականորեն չեմ բացառում այն հնարավորությունը, որ հայկական ապրանքի անվան ներքո, ինչ-որ բան վաճառված լինի հաշվի առնելով, որ հայկական ապրանքը որակի առումով հեղինակություն է վայելում»,- ասաց նա:
ՍԱՊԾ մամուլի խոսնակի խոսքով` իրենց գործընկեր կառույցներից պաշտոնական գրություն կամ ահազանգ նման դեպքի հետ կապված չի եղել, բայց իրենք, տեղեկանալով այս ամենի մասին, կապ են հաստատել և պարզել, որ բանջարեղենի հայկական ծագումն ապացուցող որևէ փաստաթուղթ չի ներկայացվել, բացի այն, որ դրանք մակնշված են եղել հայկական դրոշմապիտակներով:
Սարատովում «Ռոսսելխոզնադզորի» մարզային վարչության մասնագետները հայտնաբերել են անօրինական ճանապարհովներկրված թուրքական բանջարեղենի հերթական խմբաքանակ, որոնք մակնշվել են Հայաստանում։ Առգրավվածարտադրանքի ընդհանուր ծավալը կազմել է 6 հազար 83 կգ։ «Այդ արտադրանքը զննելիս հայտնաբերվել է 3 հազար 753 կգթարմ վարունգ և 2 հազար 330 կգ թարմ լոլիկ, որոնց վրա եղել են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության դրոշմապիտակներ։ Բանջարեղենի արկղերի տակ տախտակներ են եղել, որոնց վրա նշված է եղել, որբանջարեղենը ներկրվել է Թուրքիայից»,- նշված է հաղորդագրությունում։
Անօրինական լոլիկներն ու վարունգները ներկրած անձինք չեն կարողացել մթերքների անվտանգությունը հաստատող փաստաթղթեր տրամադրել «Ռոսսելխոզնադզորի» տեսուչներին։ Բանջարեղենի ամբողջխմբաքանակը ոնչացվել է:
