«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկի նախագահ Արթուր Ջավադյանն ու իր կինը բավականին մեծ ունեցվածքի տեր մարդիկ են: Այս մասին իմանում ենք նրանց՝ Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողովին ներկայացրած 2015 թ. տարեկան հայտարարագրերից:
Ջավադյանի դրամական միջոցները նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածում կազմել են 121 միլիոն դրամ, 525 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար և 151 հազար եվրո: Նրա եկամուտները կազմել են 45 միլիոն 78 հազար դրամ, որից 260 հազար դրամը շահաբաժինն է, 24 միլիոն 562 հազար դրամը աշխատավարձ, իսկ մնացած 20 միլիոն 256 հազար դրամն էլ փոխառություններից ստացված տոկոսը: Վերջինս ունի մեկ բնակարան, երկու առանձնատուն, չորս հողամաս և «VOLKSWAGEN TOUAREG V6 3.5» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենա:
Ջավադյանի կնոջ՝ Հասմիկ Մանուկյանի հայտարարագրից իմանում ենք, որ նա նախորդ տարի 39 միլիոն 500 հազար դրամով հողամաս է ձեռք բերել: Իսկ նրա դրամական միջոցները կազմել են 51 միլիոն դրամ, 560 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար և 280 հազար դրամ: Նախորդ տարի պաշտոնյայի կնոջ տարեկան եկամուտները կազմել են 33 միլիոն 204 հազար դրամ և 10 հազար 810 ամերիկյան դոլար, որոնք գոյացել են աշխատավարձից, տրված փոխառությունների դիմաց ստացված տոկոսներից և վարձակալության դիմաց ստացված վճարներից:
