Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության իշխանությունների հետ ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածության համաձայն` ԵԱՀԿ առաքելությունը դեկտեմբերի 8-ին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի և Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի շփման գծի պլանային դիտարկում է անցկացրել ԼՂՀ Ասկերանի շրջանի ուղղությամբ՝ Քենգերլի գյուղի հյուսիս-արևելքում։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ԼՂՀ արտգործնախարարության տեղեկատվական վարչությունից:
ԼՂՀ պաշտպանության բանակի դիրքերից դիտարկումն իրականացրել են ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցչի դաշտային օգնականներ Գենադիե Պետրիկան (Մոլդովա) և Խրիստո Խրիստովը (Բուլղարիա):
Շփման գծի հակառակ կողմից դիտարկումն իրականացրել են ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցչի անձնական օգնական Սայմոն Թիլլերը (Մեծ Բրիտանիա), ԵԱՀԿ ԳՆԱՆ դաշտային օգնական Իրժի Աբերլեն (Չեխիա) և ԵԱՀԿ ԳՆԱՆ գրասենյակի աշխատակից Պետեր Սվեդբերգը (Շվեդիա)։
Դիտարկումն անցել է ըստ նախատեսված ժամանակացույցի, կրակի դադարեցման ռեժիմի խախտումներ չեն արձանագրվել: Սակայն ադրբեջանական կողմը ԵԱՀԿ առաքելությունը դուրս չի բերել իր առաջապահ դիրքեր:
Դիտարկման առաքելությանը ղարաբաղյան կողմից ուղեկցել են ԼՂՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության և պաշտպանության նախարարության ներկայացուցիչները:
