Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի սպանության գործով մեղադրյալ Վալերի Պերմյակովը Գյումրիում տեղակայված 102-րդ ռուսական ռազմաբազայում սեպտեմբերի 17-ին ենթարկվելու է դատահոգեբանական-դատահոգեբուժական համալիր փորձաքննության. այդ փորձաքննությանը ներկա են լինելու նաև տուժողի իրավահաջորդների ներկայացուցիչները: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում այս մասին հայտնեց Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի իրավահաջորդների շահերի պաշտպան, փաստաբան Երեմ Սարգսյանը:

Ավելի վաղ Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի իրավահաջորդների շահերի պաշտպանները միջնորդել էին Ավետիսյանների սպանության գործով մեղադրյալ Վալերի Պերմյակովին դատահոգեբանական-դատահոգեբուժական համալիր փորձաքննության ենթարկելու համար. այդ միջնորդությունը բավարարվել էր:

Գյումրիում Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի սպանության մեջ մեղադրվող զինծառայող Վալերի Պերմյակովը դասալքության զենքի հափշտակման և ապօրինի կրման հոդվածներով դատապարտվեց 10 տարվա ազատազրկման: Դատաքննությունն անցկացվեց օգոստոսի 12-ին Գյումրիի 102-րդ ռուսական ռազմաբազայի տարածքում Հյուսիսկովկասյան օկրուգի 5-րդ կայազորային զինվորական դատարանի արտագնա նիստում' Ալեքսանդր Շելդյաևի նախագահությամբ: Դատարանը խորհրդակցական սենյակից վերադարձավ երկժամյա քննարկումից հետո եւ հրապարակեց վճիռը: Դատաքննությունն անցկացվեց մեկ օրում: Պերմյակովը մեղադրվում էր Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության քրեական օրենսգրքի երեք հոդվածների' 338 հոդվածի 2 կետի «226 հոդվածի 3-րդ կետի «գ» ենթակետի և222 հոդվածի առաջին կետի պահաջներով: Պատիժը կրելու ժամկետը հաշվվում է 2015թ-ի հունվարի 13-ից՝ Պերմյակովի կալանավորման օրվանից:

Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի 6 անդամների սպանությունը տեղի է ունեցել 2015 թվականի հունվարի 12-ին՝ վաղ առավոտյան, ժամը 06:00-ի սահմաններում, նրանց մահը վրա է հասցրել հրազենային վնասվածքներից։ Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքից ողջ էր մնացել 6 ամսական փոքրիկը՝ Սերյոժա Արմենի Ավետիսյանը, ով կտրող-ծակող գործիքից ստացած վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել էր բժշկական կենտրոն այնուհետև' յոթ օր հետո մահացել: Նշանակվել էին դատաբժշկական դատատոքսիկոքիմիական դատաձգաբանական փորձաքննություններ: Կասկածյալին ռուս սահմանապահները հայտնաբերել են հայ-թուրքական սահմանը հատելու փորձ կատարելիս և հանձնել 102-րդ ռուսական բազայի հրամանատարությանը:

Քրեական գործը հարուցվել է ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով(երկու և ավելի անձանց սպանությունը): Վալերի Պերմյակովին քրեական գործով որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավելու մասին, և ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի քննիչները Վալերի Պերմյակովին մեղադրանք ենառաջադրել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով՝ երկու եւ ավելի անձանց դիտավորյալ սպանության համար: Վալերի Պերմյակովն ընդունել է առաջադրված մեղադրանքը: Սպանության մասով գործը փոխանցված է հայկական կողմին:
