ԱԺ-ն հաստատեց ՀՀ 2017թ. պետական բյուջեի նախագիծը

Ազգային ժողովն ընդունեց ՀՀ 2017թ. պետական բյուջեն: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, ՀՀ 2017թ. պետական բյուջեի նախագիծն ընդունելու մասին հարցին կողմ քվեարկեց 83, դեմ՝ 24, ձեռնպահ՝ 1 պատգամավոր:
Քվեարկությունից առաջ վարման կարգի վերաբերյալ ելույթ ունեցավ ԲՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Միքայել Մելքումյանը: Նա հայտարարեց, որ ԲՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավորները դեմ են քվեարկելու պետական բյուջեի նախագծին:
ՀԱԿ խմբակցության ղեկավար Լևոն Զուրաբյանը ևս հայտարարեց, որ ՀԱԿ-ը դեմ է քվեարկելու պետական բյուջեի նախագիծն ընդունելու մասին հարցին: Պատգամավոր Տիգրան Ուրիխանյանը ևս պատգամավորներին կոչ արեց դեմ քվեարկել:
ՕԵԿ խմբակցության ղեկավար Հեղինե Բիշարյանն էլ հայտարարեց, որ իրենք դեմ են քվեարկելու, քանի որ ներկայացված նախագծով որևէ առաջխաղացում չկա, ՀՀ քաղաքացիներն էլ դրանից որևէ սպասելիքներ չունեն:
Իշխանական կոալիցիոն ուժերը` ՀՀԿ-ն և ՀՅԴ-ն, կողմ են քվեարկել նախագծին:
Նախագծով ծրագրվում են 1 տրիլիոն 210 միլիարդ դրամի չափով հարկային եկամուտներ, տուրքեր և այլ եկամուտներ: Ծախսերը պահպանվել են 1 տրիլիոն 360 միլիարդ դրամի շրջանակներում, դեֆիցիտը կկազմի շուրջ 150 միլիարդ 150 միլիոն դրամ:
