Կանգառի հարցը կարելի է կիսով չափ լուծված համարել

Երևան քաղաքի Խանջյան փողոցի` ՀՀ ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության հարևանությամբ տեղակայված կանգառի նշանը, որքան էլ որ զարմանալի է, ամենևին էլ չի «օգնում», որ քաղաքային տրանսպորտը այնտեղ նորմալ կայանում կատարի: Խնդիրն այն է, որ չգիտես ինչու այն հիմնականում ծառայում է որպես մասնավոր մեքենաների կայանատեղի: Կանգառի նշանի հարակից հատվածում՝ փողոցի վրա, օրեր առաջ չկար նաև քաղաքային տրանսպորտի կանգառի մասին «ավետող» որևէ գծանշում:
Ի դեպ, նման պատկեր էր նաև մայրաքաղաքի Ամիրյան փողոցի՝ Մաշտոց փողոցից դեպի Հանրապետության հրապարակ հատվածում, երբ կանգառի նշանը մի տեղում էր, իսկ քաղաքային տրանսպորտն այլ վայրում էր կանգառ կատարում:
Այդ անհամապատասխանության հարցը շտկվեց, Orer.am կայքում այդ մասին բարձրացնելուց հետո, բայց Խանջյան փողոցի կանգառի հարցը դեռևս շարունակում է օրակարգային մնալ:
Խնդիրը հրատապ է, քանի որ այս պայմաններում, երկրորդ շարքում ստիպված կանգառ կատարելու պատճառով կարող է վթարային իրավիճակ ստեղծել քաղաքային տրանսպորտի համար: Հարցի մասին պարզաբանում ստանալու համար «Փաստը» դիմել էր Երևանի քաղաքապետարանին:
Մեր հարցմանն ի պատասխան Երևանի տրանսպորտի վարչությունից տեղեկացրեցին, որ վարչության կողմից կատարված ուսումնասիրության արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ վերը նշված հասարակական տրանսպորտի կանգառը կահավորված է համապատասխան ճանապարհային երթևեկության կազմակերպման տեխնիկական միջոցներով, մասնավորապես՝ «Ավտոբուսի և (կամ) տրոլեյբուսի կանգառի տեղ» ճանապարհային նշանով և գծանշումով։
Միաժամանակ վարչությունից հայտնում են, որ առաջարկվել է ՀՀ ճանապարհային ոստիկանությանը, շրջիկ կարգախմբերի միջոցով իրականացնել հսկողություն, ազատելով կանգառը այլ տրանսպորտային միջոցներից, ինչպես նաև հնարավորության դեպքում՝ առաջիկայում տեսախցիկների միջոցով կազմակերպել մշտական հսկողություն։
Քաղաքապետարանի պատասխանից հետո տեղում պարզեցինք, որ գծանշման ընդամենը մի մասն է արված, իսկ դեղինով կանգառի հատվածի առանձնացում չկա: Ու չնայած, որ կանգառը դեռևս շարունակում է ծառայել ավելի շատ որպես մասնավոր մեքենաների կայանատեղի, քան քաղաքային տրանսպորտի կանգառ, բայց այնուամենայնիվ հույս կա, որ առաջիկայում թե՛ մնացած գծանշումը և թե՛ կանգառի ազատագրման աշխատանքներն ամբողջությամբ կավարտվեն ու քաղաքային տրանսպորտի համար նախատեսված կանգառը վերջապես կսկսի ծառայել իր բուն նպատակին:
