Շարմազանովը դրական է գնահատում ոստիկանական համակարգում իրականացված բարեփոխումները

Ազգային ժողովի փոխնախագահ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը դրական է գնահատում վերջին տարիներին ոստիկանության համակարգում կատարված փոփոխությունները: Ազգային ժողովում «Ոստիկանությունում ծառայություն անցնելու մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին օրենքի նախագծի քննարկման ժամանակ ԱԺ փոխնախագահն ընդգծեց, որ ոստիկանությունում իրականացված բարեփոխումները նկատելու համար առաջին հերթին հարկավոր Õ § համեմատություն անցկացնել 10 տարի, 5 տարի առաջ համակարգում տիրող վիճակի հետ: «Ոստիկանությունը բարեփոխվել է, բայց և այնպես չէ, որ մենք անելիք չունենք: Անելիք ունեն նաև մեր քաղաքացիները: Մենք պետք է փոխենք այն վատ վերաբերմունքը, որ կա որոշ մարգինալ շրջանակների մոտ մեր ոստիկանության նկատմամբ»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց ԱԺ փոխնախագահը:
ԱԺ փոխնախագահի խոսքով՝ երբ մեկի տուն գող է մտնում, երբ որևէ մեկն օգնության կարիք է ունենում, անմիջապես հիշում են ոստիկանությանը, սակայն երբ գալիս է ոստիկանի աշխատանքը գնահատելու պահը, բոլորը մոռանում են: Շարմազանովի խոսքով՝ հարկավոր է փոխել այս վերաբերմունքը: «Մենք պետք է հասկանանք՝ ինչ հարգանք մենք ունենք մեր ոստիկանության, ուժային կառույցների, սպաների նկատմամբ, այնպիսի անվտանգ ապագա վաղը կունենան մեր երեխաները: Մենք պետք է գիտակցենք, որ ոչ շատ բարձր աշխատավարձով այդ ոստիկանները պաշտպանում են մեր առօրյա անվտանգությունը»,- ընդգծեց Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը:
Նա շնորհակալություն հայտնեց քննարկվող օրենքի նախագծի հիմնական զեկուցող, ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետի տեղակալ Վարդան Եղիազարյանին ոստիկանությունում իրականացված բարեփոխումների համար, որոնք շարունակական են: Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը փոխոստիկանապետին վստահեցրեց, որ պատրաստ է աջակցել համակարգում շարունակական բարեփոխումների իրականացման գործին:
