Ադրբեջանի խորհրդարանում քննարկվել է կենսաթոշակային տարիքային ցենզը բարձրացնելու վերաբերյալ օրինագիծը

Ադրբեջանի խորհրդարանում քննարկվել է երկրում առկա  բոլոր մասնագիտությունների համար կենսաթոշակային տարիքային ցենզը բարձրացնելու հարցը:

Այս մասին հայտնում է ադրբեջանական minval.az լրատվական կայքը:

Խորհրդարանում կազմվել է «կենսաթոշակների մասին» օրենքում փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին օրինագիծ:

Այս նոր օրինագծի համաձայն` կենսաթոշակի անցնելու համար սահմանված պարտադիր աշխատանքային փորձի շեմը բարձրացվում է:

Օրինագծում առաջարկվում է քաղծառայողների պարտադիր աշխատանքային փորձի շեմը 15 տարվանից դարձնել 20 , զինվորականների համար 20-ը` 25, դատախազների համար 25-ը` դարձնել 35, իսկ այլ մասնագիտությունների համար անհրաժեշտ պարտադիր աշխատանքային փորձը համապատասխանաբար ավելացնել 5 տարով:

Օրինագծում արտացոլված են նաեւ կենսաթոշակային տարիքի բարձրացումը եւ դրա տարբերակումը:

Նախատեսվում է այս օրինագիծը խորհրդարանի վերջնական քննարկմանը ներկայացնել մինեւ 2016 թվականի ավարտը

Ադրբեջանում կանանց կենսաթոշակի անցնելու ենթակա տարիքը 60-ից բարձրացվել էր 63-ի, իսկ տղամարդկանց համար 63,5 տարեկանից բարձրացվել էր 65 տարեկանի:

Մինչ այս փոփոխությունը 2010-2012 թվականների ընթացքում Ադրբեջանում տղամարդկանց կենսաթոշակի անցնելու ենթակա տարիքը 62-ից բարձրացվել էր 63,5-ի, իսկ 2010-2016 թվականներին կանանց կենսաթոշակային տարիքը 57-ից բարձրացվել էր 60-ի:

2000-2010 թվականների ընթացքում ծերության կենսաթոշակ ստացողների թիվը ամեն տարի միջինը 12 հազարով ավելացել է, իսկ 2010-ից 2016 թվականն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում ամեն տարի միջինը 10 հազարով պակասել:

Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները կենսաթոշակային տարիքը բարձրացնելու վերաբերյալ որոշմամբ ցանկանում է սոցիալական ծախսերը կրճատելու միջոցով փրկել առանց այդ էլ ծանր վիճակում հայտնված պետական բյուջեն:
