Անկախ պետությունների համագործակցության մասնակից երկրները խորացնում են համագործակցությունը ահաբեկչության և ծայրահեղականության դեմ պայքարում: Ազգային ժողովը քննարկում է 2012թ. դեկտեմբերի 5-ին Աշգաբադում ստորագրված «ԱՊՀ մասնակից պետությունների ահաբեկչության և ծայրահեղականության  և այլ բռնի դրսևորումների դեմ պայքարող իրավասու մարմինների նյութատեխնիկական ապահովման շուրջ համագործակցության մասին» համաձայնագիրը: Հիմնական զեկուցող ՀՀ ԱԱԾ տնօրենի տեղակալ Արզուման Հարությունյանն ընդգծեց, որ համաձայնագիրը ստորագրել են Հայաստանի, Բելառուսի, Ղազախստանի, Ղրղզստանի, Մոլդովայի, Տաջիկստանի հանրապետությունները և ՌԴ-ն: Համաձայնագիրն այս պահին վավերացրել են Բելառուսի և Տաջիկստանի հանրապետությունները և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունը:

«Համաձայնագրի նպատակն է ԱՊՀ մասնակից պետությունների ահաբեկչության , ծայրահեղականության և բռնության այլ դրսևորումների դեմ պայքարող իրավասու մարմիններին հավասար և արտոնյալ պայմաններով, հատուկ տեխնիկայով և միջոցներով բազմակողմանի հագեցվածության ապահովումը»,-  նշեց Հարությունյանը:

Համաձայնագրի համաձայն կողմերի իրավասու մարմինները համագործակցությունը իրականացնում են հատուկ տեխնիկայի և միջոցների հավասար և արտոնյալ պայմաններով գնման և առաքման միջոցով, այսինքն՝ նշված պետությունների իրավասու մարմինների համար սահմանված գներով և պայմաններով: Ստացող կողմը չի կարող վաճառել կամ հանձնել համաձայնագրի շրջանակներում մատակարարված նյութատեխնիկական միջոցները երրորդ կողմին, իրավաբանական և ֆիզիկական անձանց առանց մատակարարող կողմի գրավոր համաձայնության: «Կողմերն ազգային օրենսդրության համաձայն անհրաժեշտ միջոցներ պետք է ձեռնարկեն պետական գաղտնիք պարունակող տվյալների պաշտպանության համար: Համաձայնագրում ամրագրված պարտավորությունները համապատասխանում են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Սահմանադրությանը»,- հավելեց Արզուման Հարությունյանը:

Ելնելով ահաբեկչության և ծայրահեղականության  դեմ պայքարի արդյունավետությունը բարձրացնելու անհրաժեշտությունից՝ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ տնօրենի տեղակալը  պատգամավորներին կոչ արեց  վավերացնել համաձայնագիրը:
