Մեջքի ցավը կատակ բան չէ: Եվ կարևոր չէ` մարդն ինչ ապրելակերպ է վարում` ակտիվ, թե պասիվ, այդ ցավը հատուկ է բոլորին:  Adme.ru-ն ներկայացնում է պարզ և օգտակար վարժություններ, որոնք կազատեն այդ ցավերից:

Վարժություն 1

Պառկեք մեջքի վրա: Աջ ոտքը ծալեք: Ձախն ուղիղ պահեք և բարձրացրեք վերև: Երկու ձեռքերով ծնկի հատվածում բռնեք ոտքը և ձգեք դեպի ձեզ: Այդպիսի դիրքով մնացեք 30 վայրկյան: Այս վարժությունը յուրաքանչյուր ոտքի համար կրկնեք երկու անգամ:

Վարժություն 2


 

Պառկեք մեջքի վրա: Ոտքերը ծալեք ծնկերի հատվածում: Ձախը ծնկի հատվածում բռնեք երկու ձեռքով և ձգեք դեպի ձեզ: Այդպիսի դիրքում մնացեք 20 վայրկյան: Յուրաքանչյուր ոտքի համար վարժությունը կրկնեք երկու անգամ:

Վարժություն 3 

Պառկեք մեջքի վրա: Ձախ ոտքը և աջ ձեռքը պետք է լինեն ուղիղ դիրքում: Աջ ծնկով փորձեք դիպչել գետնին (կարող եք օգնել ձախ ձեռքով): Այդպիսի դիրքում մնացեք 20 վայրկյան: Վարժությունն ամեն ոտքի համար կրկնեք երկու անգամ:

Վարժություն 4 

Պառկեք մեջքի վրա: Ձախ ոտքը ծալեք, աջ ոտքը դրեք ձախի վրա: Դանդաղորեն ձախ ոտքը բարձրացրեք դեպի ձեզ: Այդպիսի դիրքում մնացեք 30 վայրկյան, փոխեք ոտքերը և կրկնեք վարժությունը: 

Վարժություն 5 

Հենվեք աջ ոտքի վրա և այդպես մնացեք 30 վայրկյան: Փոխելով ոտքերի դիրքը, կրկնեք վարժությունը:

Վարժություն 6 

Աջ կողմի վրա պառկեք: Ձախ ոտքը ծալեք ծնկի հատվածում և ձախ ձեռքով բռնեք ոտքի վերջնամասից: Մեջքը չպետք է շատ լարվի: Այդպիսի դիրքով մնացեք 30 վայրկյանով, փոխվեք դիրքով և կրկնեք վարժությունը: 

Սեղանի դիմաց կանգնեք ձեռքերի ձգվածության չափով: Առաջ ձգվեք և ծնկները ծալեք այնքան, որպեսզի կարողանաք հասնել սեղանին: Ձեռքերը ուղիղ պահեք: Այդպես մնացեք 10 վայրկյան, ապա ուղղվեք և տարբեր կողմեր ձգումներ կատարեք:
