Անկարա-Բեռլին ճգնաժամը խորանում է. օդանավակայանում հարցաքննում են գերմանացի դիվանագետներին

Գերմանիայում անձնագիրը կորցրած Թուրքիայի Ազգային մեծ ժողովի նախագահ Այշե Նուր Բահչեքափըլըի` գերմանական օդանավակայանում պահվելու փաստից հետո Բեռլինի և Անկարայի միջև դիվանագիտական ճգնաժամը շարունակում է խորանալ: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը` վկայակոչելով գերմանական Deutsche Welle պարբերականը, Թուրքիայի օդանավակայաններին պետական մակարդակով հրահանգ է տրվել դիվանագիտական անձնագիր ունեցող Գերմանիայի բոլոր քաղաքացիներին հատուկ ուսումնասիրության ենթարկել, հարցաքննել, դրանից հետո միայն թույլատրել մուտքը երկիր կամ ելքը երկրից:

Կարգադրությունից անմիջապես հետո այն սկսել է կիրառվել օդանավակայաններում: Հայտնի է, որ Ստամբուլի Աթաթուրքի և Էսենբողա օդանավակայաններում գերմանական դիվանագիտական անձնագիր ունեցող ուղևորներին «երկար և մանրամասն»  անձնագրային քննության են ենթարկում: Անգամ Աթաթուրքի օդանավակայանում դեկտեմբերի 8-ին դրա պատճառով Գերմանիայի դիվանագիտական անձնագիր ունեցող չորս անձ բաց են թողել թռիչքները:

Թուրքիայի արտգործնախարարությունից գերմանական DW-ին հայտնել են, որ իրենք այս պահին որևէ առնչություն չունեն խնդրի հետ և օդանավակայաններում նոր կարգադրությունը պետության որոշումն է: «Առնչություն ունեցող բոլոր մարմինները և գլխավորապես տրանսպորտի նախարարությունը շարժվում է համաձայն կարգադրության»,- ասել են ԱԳՆ-ից:

Հարցին միջամտել է նաև Թուրքիայում Գերմանիայի դեսպանությունը, որը կապ է հաստատել թուրքական լիազոր մարմինների հետ` սպասելով պատասխանների: Ակնկալվում է, որ պաշտոնական Բեռլինը կարող է խիստ նախազգուշացնել Անկարային նման քայլերի գնալու համար:

Քյոլնում անհայտ անձինք գողացել էին Թուրքիայի Ազգային մեծ ժողովի փոխնախագահ Այշե Նուր Բահչեքափըլըի պայուսակը, որի մեջ են եղել անձնագիրն ու անձը հաստատող այլ փաստաթղթեր: Պատգամավորը ոստիկանությանը բողոք էր ներկայացրել, Թուրքիայի հյուպատոսարանից ժամանակավոր անձնագիր էր վերցրել, սակայն օդանավակայանում իրավապահ մարմինները նրան միառժամանակ պահել էին և որոշ հստակեցումներ անելուց հետո միայն թույլատրել վերադառնալ Թուրքիա:

Բահչեքափըլըն հայտարարել էր, որ օդանավակայանում վատ վերաբերմունքի է արժանացել, ձերբակալվել է և պահվել հանցագործների հետ: «Շատ նվաստացուցիչ էր իմ երկրի համար: Մենք գերմանացի կամ այլ օտարերկրյա խորհրդարանականի նկատմամբ հարգանք ենք դրսևորում: Շատ վատ պահ անցկացրի»,- ասել է Բահչեքափըլըն:

Գերմանիայի ոստիկանությունը հերքել է թուրք պատգամավորին ձերբակալելու փաստ: Գերմանական կողմը հայտնել է, որ օդանավակայանում միանգամից չեն թույլատրել թռիչքը, քանի որ Բահչեքափըլըի ունեցած ժամանակավոր անձնագրում չի եղել տեղեկություն վիզայի վերաբերյալ:

Փաստի առնչությամբ Թուրքիայում Գերմանիայի դեսպանը կանչվել էր ԱԳՆ:
