2. Վառ գույներ: Արթնանալիս վառ գույներ տեսնելով՝ օրգանիզմում բարձրանում է ադրենալինի մակարդակը և տեղի է ունենում էներգիայի ժայթքում: Բավական է տեսնել այնպիսի բարձ կամ նկար, որտեղ գերակշռում են կարմրա-նարնջագույն երանգները:

Զարթուցիչ: Երբ զարթուցիչը զանգում է, ապա շատերն անջատում են և նորից քնում: Սակայն ուղեղը հստակ գիտակցում է, որ զարթուցիչը շուտով նորից է զանգելու և արդեն չի կարողանում քնել: Զարթուցիչը պետք է դնել այն ժամի վրա, երբ դուք իրոք պետք է արթնանաք: Շարունակական քունը թույլ կտա ավելի լավ վերականգնվել և առույգ լինել:

6. Մեկ բաժակ ջուր: Գիշերվա ընթացքում ծախսած հեղուկը վերականգնելու համար հարկավոր է արթնանալիս 250 մլ. ջուր խմել: Եթե օրգանիզմում հեղուկը պակաս է, ապա հոգնածություն եք զգում:
