1 բաժակ սպիտակ գինի կամ 1 բաժակ ջուր խառնած 2 ճաշի գդալ քացախով
0.5 թեյի գդալ դափնու տերևի փոշի
0.5 թեյի գդալ մանրացրած ուրց
3 ճյուղ մաղադանոս
աղ և սև պղպեղ

Պատրաստման եղանակը

1. Նախ և առաջ պետք է մեր խոզի միսը լավ մարինատ կամ բաստուրմա դնել: Դա անելու համար մեր կտրատած ու լվացած մսին ավելացնում ենք աղ, սև պղպեղ, ուրցն ու դափնու տերևների փոշին, լցնում ենք վրան 0.5 բաժակ գինի կամ 0.5 բաժակ ջրի մեջ 1ճաշի գդալ քացախ լուծած ջուրը ու թողնում ենք այդպես մնա մոտ 2-3 կամ ավելի ժամ:  

2. Սալը կտրատել երկար-երկար ու բարակ, թավայի մեջ լցնել ձեթը ու ավելացնել սալը` դնելով բարձր կրակի վրա: 

3. Երբ թավայից ծուխ դուրս գա, ավելացրեք միսը ու տապակեք այնքան, մինչև բոլոր կողմերը կարմրեն:

4. Կտրատում ենք սոխն ու գազարը ու ավելացնում տապակված մսին:

5. 5 րոպե միասին եփելուց հետո մասսան լցրեք տարրայի մեջ, ավելացրեք դափնու տերև, 0,5 բաժակ գինի կամ քացախով ջուր, ծածկեք ու դրեք 200 աստիճան տաք ջեռոցում:

6. 30-40 րոպե եփելուց հետո այն կարող եք մատուցել տաք վիճակում:
