Լրացել է ամերիկացի դերասան Քիրք Դուգլասի 100-ամյակը

Հոլիվուդյան լեգենդար դերասան Քիրք Դուգլասը դեկտեմբերի 9-ին նշում Է իր 100-ամյակը: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտնել են ամերիկյան ԶԼՄ-ները: Հոբելյարի խոսքով՝ տոնի անցկացման համար պատասխանատու Է իր որդին՝ Մայքլ Դուգլասը՝ իր կնոջ՝ Քեթրին Զեթա-Ջոնսի հետ:
«Կլինեն շուրջ 200 ընկերներ ու ընտանիքների անդամներ, բայց դա այն ամենն Է, ինչ ես գիտեմ»,-ասել Է դերասանը Closer Weekly-ին տված հարցազրույցում:
Դուգլասը հայտնի Է «Սպարտակ», «80000 կիլոմետր ջրի տակ», «Չեմպիոնը», «Չարերն ու գեղեցիկները», «Կյանքի ծարավ» կինոնկարներում խաղացած իր դերերով: Իր կարիերան նա սկսել Է 1946 թվականին «Մարթա Այվերսի տարօրինակ սերը» դրամայով, որտեղ նա կատարել Է գլխավոր դերերից մեկը:
Լեգենդար դերասանը (Իսեր Դանիելովիչը) ծնվել Է 1916 թվականին հրեական ընտանիքում Նյու Յորքի նահանգի Ամստերդամ քաղաքում: Մանկուց երազում Էր դերասանական կարիերայի մասին, 1939 թվականին ընդունվել Է Դրամատիկական արվեստների ամերիկյան ակադեմիա. այդ ժամանակ Էլ նա որոշել Է փոխել անունը՝ ակնկալելով հաջող կարիերա:
Բացի դերասանական գործունեությունից, Դուգլասն իրեն փորձել Է ռեժիսուրայի բնագավառում. 1970-ական թվականներին նա թողարկել Է «Անբանը» եւ «Ջոկատ» կինոնկարները: Բացի այդ, նա գրել Է մի քանի գրքեր, այդ թվում նաեւ իր ինքնակենսագրությունը:
Սակայն 1996 թվականին, ուղեղի կաթված տանելուց հետո, նա հարկադրված Է եղել ամբողջովին թողնել իր դերասանական կարիերան:
Դուգլասը բազմաթիվ հեղինակավոր մրցանակների, այդ թվում՝ «Օսկարի», «Ոսկե Գլոբուսի» եւ «Ոսկե արջի» դափնեկիր Է:
