Հարավային Կորեայի նախագահը լիազորությունները հանձնեց վարչապետին

Հարավային Կորեայի նախագահ Պակ Կըն Հեն, որին իմպիչմենտ Է հայտարարվել, Երեւանի ժամանակով ժամը 14:03-ին լիազորությունները փոխանցել Է վարչապետ Հվան Գյո Անին՝ օրենսդրությանը համապատասխան: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտնել Է «Ռյոնհապ» գործակալությունը:
Գործակալության տվյալներով՝ պետության ղեկավարի լիազորությունները նա վայր Է դրել այն բանից անմիջապես հետո, երբ նրան հանձնվել Է պաշտոնազրկման վերաբերյալ խորհրդարանի որոշումը:
«Այս պահից նախագահ Պակը չի կարող կատարել պետության եւ վարչակազմի ղեկավարի պարտականությունները»,-
Ավելի վաղ Պակ Կըն Հեն հայտարարել Է, որ ընդունում Է պաշտոնազրկման վերաբերյալ խորհրդարանի որոշումը, եւ խնդրել Է կառավարությանը՝ վարչապետ Հվան Գյո Անի գլխավորությամբ, «վակուում» թույլ չտալ տնտեսության կառավարման մեջ եւ երկրի անվտանգության բնագավառում: «Ես վճռականորեն ընդունում եմ երկրի խորհրդարանի եւ ժողովրդի ձայնը եւ անկեղծորեն ցանկանում եմ, որ վերջ դրվի ներկայիս քաոսին»,- ասել Է նախագահը:
Ինչպես արդեն հաղորդվել Է, Հարավային Կորեայի խորհրդարանի պատգամավորները դեկտեմբերի 9-ին քվեարկել են երկրի նախագահ Պակ Կըն Հեի պաշտոնազրկման օգտին: «Կողմ» Է արտահայտվել 234 պատգամավոր, «դեմ»՝ 56-ը, երկուսը ձեռնպահ են մնացել, եւս ութ ձայն անվավեր Է ճանաչվել: Խորհրդարանում ներկա են եղել բոլոր 300 պատգամավորները:
Իշխանությունից նախագահի վերջնական հեռացման գործընթացը կավարտվի այն բանից հետո, երբ քվեարկության արդյունքները հաստատի Սահմանադրական դատարանը: Օրենքով այդ գործընթացին հատկացվում Է մինչեւ վեց ամիս: Այդ ընթացքում երկիրը կառավարելու Է վարչապետ Հվան Գյո Անը: Սահմանադրական դատարանի կողմից համապատասխան որոշման ընդունումից հետո Կորեայի Հանրապետությունում կանցկացվեն վաղաժամկետ նախագահական ընտրություններ, հաղորդել Է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին:
