Ռուսաստանը ԵԱՏՄ-ի հետ գործակցության մեխանիզմներ կառաջարկի ԱՊՀ-ի երկրներին

Ռուսաստանը Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության հետ փոխգործակցության մեխանիզմներ կառաջարկի ԱՊՀ-ի երկրներին, որպեսզի Համագործակցության պետությունները հնարավորություն ունենան ընդլայնել տնտեսական համագործակցությունը ԵԱՏՄ-ի մասնակիցների հետ: Այդ մասին հայտարարել Է ՌԴ առաջին փոխվարչապետ Իգոր Շուվալովը՝ ելույթ ունենալով ԱՊՀ-ի Տնտեսական խորհրդի նիստում:
«Մենք պետք Է գտնենք շփման եւ փոխգործակցության կետեր եւ որոշենք, թե ինչպես ԱՊՀ-ի երկրների հետ համագործակցենք ԵԱՏՄ-ի տնտեսական օրակարգի շուրջ, որպեսզի տնտեսության զարգացման մեր ավելի առաջացած ձեւաչափը հասանելի լինի նաեւ այն դեպքում, եթե ԵԱՏՄ-ի մեջ չմտնող երկրները ցանկանան դրանից օգտվել ԱՊՀ-ի հարթակում»,-ասել Է նա: Շուվալովի խոսքով՝ այժմ նման առաջարկություններ են պատրաստվում Ռուսաստանի կառավարությունում:
«Մենք այժմ տնտեսական զարգացման նախարարության մասնագետների հետ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության հետ միասին համապատասխան առաջարկություններ ենք նախապատրաստում եւ մենք դրանք կներկայացնենք: Կարծում եմ, որ դա կլինի մեր ներդրումը Անկախ պետությունների համագործակցության զարգացման մեջ»,-հայտարարել Է ՌԴ առաջին փոխվարչապետը, հիշեցնելով, որ եկող տարում ԱՊՀ-ի նախագահությունն անցնում Է Ռուսաստանին:
«Իհարկե, գլխավոր խնդիրներն են՝ ԱՊՀ-ի ամրապնդումն ու զարգացումը: Տնտեսության զարգացման բնագավառում խնդիրը ազատ առեւտրի գոտու մասին մեր պայմանագրի լրացումն ու զարգացումն Է: Մենք հասկանում ենք, որ մեր առեւտրում դեռեւս շատ են փոխադարձ սահմանափակումները, եւ այդ պայմանագրի բոլոր դրույթների իրականացումը գերակայություն Է լինելու մեզ համար»,-ասել Է Շուվալովը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ Ռուսաստանը նաեւ մտադիր Է ուշադրություն դարձնել Էլեկտրոնային առեւտրի զարգացմանը, տեխնիկական կարգավորման եւ ստանդարտների ոլորտի հարցերի լուծմանը: Նա նաեւ նշել Է, որ եկող տարվա գերակայությունների թվում Է ԱՊՀ-ի պարենամթերքի շուկաների զարգացումը, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
