Ընդունված է, որ խմելով սոդայի լուծույթ մենք փոքրացնում ենք ախորժակը և նվազեցնում ընդունած սննդի չափաքանակը, իսկ սոդայով լոգանքը օրգանիզմից հանում է վնասակար նյութերը: Տեսնենք, թե ինչպես են մեկնաբանում մասնագետներն այդ երկու դրսևորումները:

Սոդայով լոգանք ընդունելու համար անհրաժեշտ է վաննան ամբողջությամբ լցնել տաք ջրով (այնքան տաք, որքանին կարելի է դիմանալ), մեջը լցնել 500գ աղ և 200գ սոդա, ջուրը խառնել, որպեսզի բաղադրիչները լուծվեն, և պառկել վաննայում 20 րոպե:

Ընդունել այս լոգանքը խորհուրդ է տրվում երկու շաբաթը մեկ, ընդամենը` 10 անգամ: Յուրաքանչյուր լոգանքից հետո խաստանում են քաշի նվազում 2 կիլոգրամով: Սոդան և աղը, ինչ խոսք, ճարպերը չեն այրում, սակայն տաք ջրի հետ դրանց համադրությունը օրգանիզմին ստիպում է քրտնել: Այլ կերպ ասած` դուք ոչ թե ճարպ եք կորցնում, այլ հեղուկ: Եվ ձեր քաշը դարձալ կվերականգնվի, երբ ինչ-որ բան խմեք:

Ինչ վերավերում է սոդայի լուծույթ խմելուն, ապա այս պարագայում ամեն ինչ շատ ավելի բարդ է: Մադու արյան pH թթվայնության բնական ցուցանիշը պետք է լինի 7,35-7,47 սահմաններում: Ներկայումս շատ մարդիկ տառապում են օրգանիզմում բարձր թթվայնությունից: pH-ի 7,25-ից ցածր լինելու դեպքում խորհուրդ է տրվում օրական ընդունել 5-40 գրամ սոդա: Այդ պարագայում սոդայի օգնությամբ տեղի է ունենում հոդերում և ողնաշարում եղած կուտակումների, լյարդի և երիկամների քարերի քայքայում: Շատերը պնդում են, որ դա նաև նպաստում է քացկեղի բուժմանն ու կանխարգելմանը: Սոդայի լուծույթի օգտագործումը դուրս է մղում տոքսինները և ազատում հելմինատներից:

Ինչ վերաբերում է նիհարելուն, ապա առաժմ գիրնականները նման փորձեր չեն անցկացրել:
