«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Նոյեմբերի 13-ին Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանում գործող «Լիա» գեղեցկության սրահում տեղի ունեցած աղմկոտ սպանության գործով հարցաքննության գործիչ հանդիսացող «Մակարով» տիպի ատրճանակը հայտնաբերվել է։
Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ Մուշեղ Մուշեղյանը եւ Չարբախցի Գեղամը վիճաբանել են ֆինանսական խնդիրների պատճառով, սակայն նրանք իրավապահներին հրաժարվել են մանրամասնել, թե կոնկրետ ինչ խնդիրների մասին է խոսքը։
Մեզ հայտնի դարձավ, որ գործով կալանավորված քրեական հեղինակություն Նորատուսցի Ալիկը դեպքի վայրում չի եղել։ Որոշ տեղեկությունների համաձայն, նա Չարբախցի Գեղամին «խորհուրդ» է տվել «լավ սատկացնել Մուշեղ Մուշեղյանին»։ Դրա համար էլ նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Մուշեղյանի սպանությունը դրդելու համար՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 38-104 հոդվածի հատկանիշներով (սպանության դրդչություն)։ Նշենք, որ Մուշեղյանը Նորատուսցի Ալիկի վստահված անձն է եղել, սակայն ինչ-ինչ պատճառներով նրա ու Մուշեղի ջրերը մի առվով չեն հոսել եւ Մուշեղը վտարվել է Ալիկի շրջապատից։ Առաջադրված մեղադրանքը Ալիկ Բանդուրյանը չի ընդունում եւ հրաժարվել է ցուցմունք տալ։ Այս մասին երեկ թերթի հետ զրույցում ասել է նրա պաշտպան Մկրտիչ Վասակյանը»:
