Ադրբեջանի ԿԲ-ն արժութային շուկայի սահմաններից դուրս արժութային միջոցներ է փնտրում, քանի որ առաջիկա 2 տարին ԿԲ-ն դրանց կարիքը շատ է  ունենալու արտաքին պարտքերը մարելու եւ ներդրումային նախագծերի համար: Այս մասին ասել է տնտեսագետ Ռովշան Աղաեւը, փոխանցում է contact.az-ը:

«2016 թվականին մարման ենթակա պետական պարտքերի 85 տոկոսը եղել են արտարժույթով, իսկ 2017-ին այդ ցուցանիշը կհասնի 95 տոկոսի: Արտաքին պարտքի մարման համար պետք է 1 մլրդ դոլար, ինչը 2.1 անգամ գերազանցում է առողջապահության համար պլանավորված պետական ծախսերը», - նշել է տնտեսագետը: Նրա կարծիքով աշխարհում քիչ են այն երկրները, ինչպիսին Ադրբեջանն է, որի բյուջեի եկամուտների 10 տոկոսը գնում է արտաքին պետական պարտքի մարմանը: Պետական ներդրումների ուղղություններից մեկը Տրանսադրիատիկ խողովակաշարն է: 2017 թվականին շինարարական աշխատանքների ֆինանսավորման համար պետբյուջեից եւ նավթային ֆոնդից կօգտագործվի 600 մլն դոլար: Փորձագետի խոսքով՝ 2018-ին շինարարական աշխատանքների ավարտի համար եւս 4-4.5 մլրդ դոլար է պետք, որից 2-2,5 մլրդ դոլարը պետք է գտնի Ադրբեջանը:

Աղաեւը արտաքին կորպորատիվ պարտքերի թվում նշում է SOCAR-ի 600 մլն դոլար պարտքը, որը պետք է մարվի 2017-ին: Կան նաեւ բանկերի եւ ոչ ֆինանսական ընկերությունների պարտքերը, որոնք վերադարձի են ենթակա 2017 թվականին: Ադրբեջանի ԿԲ-ն չի բացահայտում  երկրի միջազգային ներդրումային դիրքորոշումը, ուստի անհնար է առանձնացնել պարտականությունների նկատմամբ արտաքին ակտիվների հարաբերակցությունն ու կանխատեսումներ անել այդ կապակցությամբ:
